Mr. Cortes was very informative and explained in detail the work needed to be done. He came out on the 29th and they started work on the 31st. ( New Years Eve) They worked all day and into the night! They got it All done in one long day! Impressive! I recommend HVAC Ministries they are excellent, did a great job and cleaned up after themselves leaving no mess. "When the technicians came out to clean they were punctual and professional. They took the time to drop cloth around their work area and made sure to cover our TV and move a nice clock that was on the wall near one of our vents. Unfortunately, almost immediately, they came across an issue where the duct liner got caught in the brush used to clean the system. They stopped all work until they could bring in an inspection camera to determine the problem. The owner came out with the scope and found that there had been debris (sharp scrap of sheetmetal) in the duct from when the house was built. Before proceeding he asked if he could open up some sheetrock in the ceiling to figure out how extensive the damage was. Upon opening the area around the vent he discovered that the duct hose had not been properly attached to the sheetmetal of the vent He did not charge for any of the time he was at our house diagnosing the problem; he also made sure to keep me informed me of the problem as he worked and what would need to be done to solve the problem. The next week he made the time to come out with the technician so that I would feel comfortable that the job was completed satisfactorily. The technician was quick, professional, and cleaned up thoroughly. Once again the owner did not charge for his time and discounted the hourly rate of the technician. When I mentioned that I would now need to reschedule the cleaning, that I had already paid for via an Angie's List deal, the owner was very open and honest in letting me know that he would not feel right performing the service. He was afraid that they may run in to other issues with the ducting not installed correctly. If this was the case they would then have to go through the process again of opening areas of the ceiling and installing new ducts. He did not want to lose my business, but he did not feel he could morally continue work that may cause further damage. He offered to get in touch with his competitor that have a different duct cleaning process that should cause less problems. He called on my behalfm discussed the situation and made sure they gave me a discount, since their service is significantly more expensive. Obviously they refunded my deal that I purchased, promptly and without issue. I would highly recommend this company and the owner, Jeremiah, to anyone due to his professionalism, responsiveness, and honesty."

"I found Anderson Heating and Cooling when looking for someone to complete annual maintenance on our aging heat pump. I was impressed with the representative that came out (I completely forget his name). My wife and I have been saving for a while to replace our current HVAC system (installed in '93). We decided to go forward with things this Fall and, in preparation, I arranged five companies to give estimates. I had some good (and not so great) experiences) but kept coming back to Anderson. The price was right and the owner, Steve, was low-key, knowledgeable, and straight forward. I'm happy we chose them to install replace our system. "One of the men came, wore the blue booties so as not to track outside dirt, and opened the furnace, vacuumed the interior out, checked the filter, oiled any parts that needed it, and checked the furnace by turning it on to make sure everything was in good working order. He then made sure the entire area was cleaned up and took everything with him. I have used Mr. Nash's services since 1993 and have always been pleased with them. They are very professional, come when scheduled, never leave a mess, and make sure the furnace is in good working order. I will be calling in the next week or 2 to book this year's cleaning and servicing.

We authorized replacement and a date and cost was given, work was done on time, installers were very professional and friendly. He was running a little later than he thought on the day of the appointment & let me know right away, which was fine. He is very personable & knowledgeable, and his work is efficient & clean. Even though I wasn't paying for the furnace or A/C to be cleaned he still took the time to look at them & show me what he found, for future reference. The whole cleaning process only took two hours, and we got to see how filthy everything had been plus the random objects he'd found in the ducts. "In 2010, we bought a house in Portland. The fuel tank had been checked as decommissioned by Dana Thompson, and the soil tested as zero contamination at the fill port by another company. When we went to sell the house last Dec 2024, we were told by the same company which did the original testing, that now it was now badly contaminated. The oil furnace had been replaced by Deutsche Bank with a gas furnace before we bought it, so it became contaminated before we purchased the house. The most recent test was explained as a difference of only a couple inches between clean and badly contaminated soil and we would have to accept all legal liability. This could have been a financial disaster. Scott Hanson of Decommissions NW assured us that we could clean and remove the tank and he got the job done within the period we had before closing. He was completely above board and charged a very reasonable charge. The scale only goes to a five star rating or I would give him higher."
