However, Brian is horrible on responding to texts, phone calls and emails. It is extremely hard to get a hold of him and, he hasn?t shown up for scheduled appointments with no notice or reason given. Very frustrating to communicate with him. But, if your lucky enough to get his attention - he does excellent work."

This was verified by plumber Anthony P. when he arrived. He was professional and completed the unclogging of my kitchen sink to the main line. Only negative was the total cost, as it was more than 2x our local company Allen Drain. But I wanted a plumber and not just an unclogging service, just in case. With my discount coupon from Angi's for service call, total was $290 for unclogging my kitchen sink drain line. I would call them again if the price was more competitive. Sarah K"
