"New AC unit in 2016 with recent problem being the third issue with unit since installed. Parts covered by warranty but labor and freon refill not. Most recently coil found leaking and needed to be replaced. I explained to owner past problems including my thought 3 breakdowns was excessive for newer unit. He said he would work with us to get it fixed to our satisfaction and he did just that. I would call them again for HVAC service."

"This is just about everything I appreciate and value in a service provider. Our home has two heat pumps, and both were failing. Andrew quoted on both units in the spring, along with two other local providers. There was a pretty good spread between lowest cost and highest cost estimates, with Comfort Zone just shy of the midpoint between lowest and highest. The differences in interior air quality, interior and exterior noise level, and our power bill are all noticeable. "Slow response and the labor costs was quite expensive. More than I would have expected to pay for a warranty job. The parts were covered by warranty, but Maeser charged a high premium for the labor. I would have expected them to give me some sort of break seeming they recommended the original unit and did the install. There are less expensive service providers out there and I'll turn to them when I need additional work done."
