"Yes, one day install conversion from tank electric to tankless gas with water softener"

"Andrew was great on time and personable. He knew what he was doing and even showed me the issues. He fixed what he was able to and advised me on what I need to do next since the next issue was not the plumbing. When I was urgently looking for someone to come fix the leak I had, everyone else was unable to make it the day of. Andrew made it in an hour from speaking with him. I would recommend his services to anyone needing a plumber."

"First, Frida, who handles the appointment set ups, is outstanding! This lady really has what it takes⠦⠦..friendly, organized, and super quick response! Then Time comes out. He arrives within the time frame, and does what he says heâ s going to do. Thorough and competent, friendly and informative. What else is there? These guys have all my plumbing jobs from here on!! Thanks guys! ð ð ¥³ð"

"Josh and his team were awesome. They gave me a quote quickly, came out a few days later (our job wasn't a rush), and did an awesome job. They installed our water heater and vented it outside in under 3 hours. They left our basement spotless after the install too. Very very friendly and polite as well. If I ever need any other plumbing/HVAC work I'm going to reach out."

"

AJ & Neal were awesome.   They were professional, considerate of the surroundings, and always willing to stop and pause their work if I had any questions.   We really haven't had any significant rainfall, but after watching them perform the install of the downspout tie-ins and perforated pipe...I have no doubt my issues of water seepage should be gone.

I definitely recommend AJ to anyone, and will be sure to use them again in the future.

"He was very knowledgeable and gave me some advice on how to avoid future problems. He was also on time and the service was done fairly quickly. He took the time to make sure all repair needed was done correctly and assured me if any problems were to occur he would be back to fix."

"There's really not that much I can say. The two men who arrived both put booties on, which was nice. One of the men ran a test for chlorine (found some) and to determine if I had hard water (I did). Normally I wouldn't have allowed two workers, since I've been burned in the past by theft. It's a common strategy for one worker to turn the water off and while you are watching the man who is doing the inspection and repair work the other is looking for items to hock. But these two seemed honest enough. After all was said and done the disposer was beyond repair -- something had "snapped." The disposer was relatively new so I wasn't about to purchase a new one. The man said he had never seen a disposer vibrate that way, but I had researched it online and it's not too uncommon. ???"

"Mike and the Plumbing Heros have been great to me! I’ve had bad experiences with many plumbers and contractors but Mike is extremely responsive, reliable, and skilled. He’s installed a backup sump pump/battery and snaked my renter’s shower. In addition, I’ve texted/called him many times with questions and he never hesitated to answer. I highly recommend!"

"Tony and his crew saved us! Tony returned my call for consultation and repair need and came with his crew in a timely manner. They diagnosed the problem carefully and ordered the pump we needed and replaced the damaged one before the Christmas holiday. We were very grateful and really appreciated their professional manner at all times and their much needed experience. I highly recommend this company to anyone!"

"Tech found that thermostat had hidden switch under cover. He suggested a better quality programmable thermostat which he installed & is running great."
