"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. "I highly r DryMount and they are now my go-to for home repair. They do great work, are honest, and a pleasure to work with. In the summer of 2020, my garbage disposal was leaking and needed to be replaced. I obtained several estimates and DryMount was by far the best when considering price and the quality of the disposal. Some other companies offered to sell me older models and were more expensive on parts alone than what DryMount charged for a newer and quieter model, which included installation. I could not have been happier with the service. In January 2021, I didn’t have hot water anywhere in the house. I was so happy with my previous experience, I called DryMount to ask if they could check out my water heater. Despite being late in the afternoon, they came the same day and thoroughly checked it out. My water heater is very inconveniently located in a very small closet and, despite having to get on a ladder and contort their bodies into uncomfortable positions, they discovered that my water heater was fine and that I likely just had a power surge. They took care of the problem and only charged me $89, which is the fee for coming out to your house, and did not charge me anything extra. FWIW, the guys have a great sense of humor, and was put at ease before i felt any guilt For having to make the guys get on a ladder and twist themselves into a pretzel . I absolutely trust DryMount and they are my first call for when the inevitable pains of homeownership arise. They are the best, both with regard to quality of service and price. They absolutely earned my loyalty."

"My Mother is 91 years old and her air conditioner went out. One of your technicians, JOE BIGO came and gave my Mother a estimate on a new unit. Joe was very polite and very professional. Joe went out of his way to work with us so my mother can get another air conditioner unit. You all are coming next Thursday (20th) to install her unit. Excel is the only ones that my husband and I have service our air and heating in our home. We are always very satisfied with yals service. "CHW was very responsive to our urgent need! We filed a claim the evening prior when we notices our A/C was blowing warm air into the rooms. Then by 8AM the next day, we had a call from the service technician saying he was on his way to address the issue! CHW worked with the technician to find out the compressor was the culprit and approved it's repair! Great customer service for a family in need during the hot south central Texas summer!"

We got a choice to get a new furnace because it was quieter and they also did some duct work. They were wonderful.
