"Completely useless visit. I requested a water softener repair. The technician tested the water and discovered that it was hard (I knew this already because the water softener wasn't working). He pushed buttons on the control valve of the water softener and discovered that it wasn't working (I already knew this). They couldn't repair the water softener because it wasn't "their" equipment (brand and model was noted in the repair request, so they presumably already knew they wouldn't be able to repair, but came anyway). The technician volunteered to send a plumber and a sales consultant. Don't waste your $98 on Aquarius. This company is a complete scam. "

"Small business is defined by their ownership. Ownership determines leadership, accountability, and service. It's pretty straightforward when things go right. The company is defined by how they handle difficult situations. Without going into great detail, there was a good faith mistake made. As soon as Robert, the owner of the company, was made aware of the situation, he immediately called, took responsibility for the situation and rectified it. He was professional, a good listener, and insightful in his responses and solutions. As far as the company is concerned, the estimates are accurate and thorough, the electricians are prompt, courteous, neat, and knowledgeable.
