"Although they provide a time frame for service, frequently they are late or have to re-schedule. When ARS installed my furnace, they provided a humidifier as well. However, the humidifier is not included in the maintenance contract, and any work or filter change on the humidifier is extra. The cost is almost as much as the maintenance contract. They used to answer the phone asking how they could provide exceptional service. No longer do they ask that. Makes sense, because they do not provide exceptional service. Also, the technician seems to want to convince you to buy additional equipment, which may or may not be needed."

"Our AC died last week and the first company provided us 3 replacement options. We selected the middle option ($16,000) and signed the contract, which provided us a 5 day cancellation period. Installation was scheduled for Friday. I solicited other companies quotes using the estimate provided by the first company and all declined stating I needed to schedule an appointment for someone to come out to take measurements, etc. Our inside temperature was 98 degrees. Advanced Environment Solutions provided us an unbinding estimate of $9,600. a better warranty and immediately dispatched a technician to take measurements and install a portable AC unit until the new one could be installed. Our unit was installed Friday. What a bunch of professionals! The team arrived at 6:30 am and were done by 11:00 am. To our surprise, we received a fruit basket from Advanced Enviroment Solutions the following day thanking us for selecting them! Who does is anymore? Hey competitors... "The plumber was excellent. I have used them twice and never had any complaints. The name of the company is called Energy Wise Heating & A/c inc. He is in Warrenton Virginia. The last time I used him was in October to check the pipes and winterize my system. Obviously his service was excellent. I never had to call him back. Once he came and did the job I never had to call him back for anything. I have used him for my heater and my air conditioner. In the summer time I call him and he would do a tune up on my air conditioner. He cleans it up and gives me a tune up. He checked my pipe and in the winter time he would winterize my house. I have never had to call him back. Before I called him I have had my pipes burst four years in a row. All my pipes have busted four years in a row. Since I have called him I haven't had my pipes burst. He is going to come back next month. Right now I don't know if my pipes' busted because I haven't got my water on yet. I don't know if it works yet because I haven't got the water on yet but we will get to know. He is going to come back in April and open my system up. Everything is shut now. I did have a coupon for the price. As far as the price he has been cheaper than what I have paid before. I will use him in the future. Right now he is on my top list. He is my third one and right now he is on the top list."
