"I got to say I was a little hesitant to go with Clear All Cooling and Heating. The reviews on google + HomeAdvisor seemed way to good to be true. So I proceeded to contact 7 other "big named" companies. Quote after quote I received it was obvious that Clear All was by far the best. The other companies weren't even close (again this made me hesitant). Over the 9 months it took me to finally change out Boiler + Oil tank I finally figured it was worth giving Brian a shot.The day of installation couldn't have gone any better! Brian works with a fantastic team of people. The Oil tank was removed seemlessly without any oil or damage to my vinyl floors. The installation went well too! Brian came on time and stayed 11 hours until the majority of the job was done. He told me he'd be back Monday to finish wiring up the thermostats and he showed up and on time! I couldn't; recommend Brian and his team enough. Coming from somebody who wants to get the most bang for the buck I urge you to use Brian. This is the first review I have ever left a business, and I am doing it so you make the right decision. Go with Brian, unlike most things in life he is NOT to good to be true! I went with a Energy Kinetics 3 zone Oil boiler + new Oil tank. and I could not be happier! If you aren't sure what system to go with I'd recommend going with an energy kinetics boiler. Brian installed it seamlessly and it is amazing how quiet it is! Brian is an incredible human, I am so happy I found him. He will service all of my needs in the future as well as be the guy I refer to anybody who needs somebody to do some boiler work! USE THIS COMPANY I URGE YOU! THEY ARE THE ONE AND ONLY QUOTE YOU WILL NEED TO GET! Trust me and save yourself hours of aggravation and stress of trying to find somebody. "I own an older cape that was built in 1959. My wife and I have been living with window air conditioners for the past 13 years, as the our house has no ductwork to accommodate conventional central air conditioning. We did some research on high velocity, micro-duct A/C systems as an alternative to conventional central air systems. We heard about Joyce Cooling & Heating from our next door neighbor, whose father had used them several years ago and we decided to give them a call. The salesman, Abe, came out the next day to determine project scope and provide a quote (scope can be quite complicated depending on layout of house). Abe went a step further and brought the owner, Tony, out to the house a few days later and together they explained the project in detail and provided us with ideas/options on how to configure the system. The project began on June 13 and was completed on June 16. The installation team (mechanic - Bob and apprentice - Mitch) was polite, courteous and most efficient. The amount of work that they accomplished in 3 days far exceeded my expectations. They left my house immaculate at the end of each workday. High velocity A/C systems are not cheap, however, my wife and I could not be happier with our investment in this quality product. The entire Joyce team is clearly focused on customer satisfaction and they made this an enjoyable experience for us. I would definitely recommend Joyce Cooling & Heating to others."

"Diagnosis and repair were straightforward and the talented Mike, who has done other great work for us on our ACs, had a replacement pump in his truck. Swapped over in under an hour. Cost of the repair was quite high, mainly due to very high price they charged for the pump. A Taco pump that I could buy for $175 was priced on this repair at more than $500. I get that it was an urgent situation and I’m happy to pay reasonably for the response but that mark-up bothered me. I called the office, had a long talk with the owner; sadly, she offered no consideration at all. Yes, it’s hard to find and keep skilled techs, but now seems that most HVAC firms have a business model like a car dealer’s service dept, far more corporate, less flexible or customer-considerate."

When at my house he explained my options based on my needs, wants and budget. He was also very knowledgeable about the products that he installs. I hired him pretty much immediately and he worked around my hectic schedule to have the unit in and running as soon as possible. I feel like a got a quality unit for a fair price and install went smooth.. I would recommend Granite State refrigeration to anyone who needs this type of service."

"We compared sever professional heating and cooling pros. For me it was simple ask to remove a 30 y/o oil furnace and oil tank, remove the 6 y/o gas fired water and install with something very efficient along with AC. Heritage very fast, efficient and on budget. There installers where on time, courteous, and very experienced. If we had a question Dan our sales exec was always a phone call or email away. This total replacement only took 3-4 days."

"I needed to either have my existing furnace repaired or replaced. My furnace I currently had was over 20 years old and had visible holes in it. I around for 4 estimates. Two companies were on holiday break. Two companies responded: McGinley and Sears.Bill McGinley came over within two days of my initial call to give estimates on repair/replace. Bill McGinley indicated that to repair would cost $1800 and to replace would run $2800. The estimate from Sears was more than double that of McGinley on the replacement and they said that they would not recommend repairing at all. Bill McGinley came by again to answer questions that we had regarding connections, etc. and answered everything to our satisfaction. We also gave him an AngiesList coupon and asked if the 10% indicated would be on the installation or equipment. Bill said that it would be applied against the entire bill! What a nice surprise! He immediately took off $280 and gave us a new estimate and said that he was available later that week to install. He arrived within the 30 minute window he had given us and pulled out the old furnace, replaced it with a new, energy-efficient unit and left the basement tidy and clean. I am thoroughly happy with the experience. Bill has assured us that should we have any questions about the unit once we need to use it, he'll be more than happy to come out to accommodate us.  The entire process, from first call to installed unit took 9 days; 7 days from the estimate to the install.  When I thought they would be here for most of the day, they removed the old unit, installed the new unit and cleaned up after themselves in under 3 hours! <br /> I would definitely recommend this company and would use them again."

"Working with LPH was very simple. Dave showed up on time for appointment for the estimate. Brian and Denny showed up on time for the install and worked non-stop until the job was done. They had to trouble shoot some issues due to the older house construction but it all worked out well. They did very nice work and were open to my requests. I would definitely recommend LPH."
