"Woke up to no hot water on Friday. I immediately starting thinking, "I'ts Friday, I won't even get anyone out here until Monday." I called Joyce Cooling & Heating and was told that they would have someone out that day, and that the Technician would call a half hour before arrival. Sure enough, the Technician called that afternoon and arrived right on time. Our Technician Josh, diagnosed the problem, and had us up and running within an hour! Josh was very professional, explained the problem and left the area neat and clean. I was also very happy with the cost of the repair. Thank you Joyce Cooling & Heating!"

"Service was prompt and professional. Tech Guy Cilluffo was friendly, knowledgeable and was able to repair the problem quickly by replacing the voltage regulator. Cost for this particular repair seemed a bit high, but was probably in line with what other large providers would charge. Would definitely consider them again for service in the future."

When at my house he explained my options based on my needs, wants and budget. He was also very knowledgeable about the products that he installs. "Diagnosis and repair were straightforward and the talented Mike, who has done other great work for us on our ACs, had a replacement pump in his truck. Swapped over in under an hour. Cost of the repair was quite high, mainly due to very high price they charged for the pump. A Taco pump that I could buy for $175 was priced on this repair at more than $500. I get that it was an urgent situation and I’m happy to pay reasonably for the response but that mark-up bothered me. I called the office, had a long talk with the owner; sadly, she offered no consideration at all. Yes, it’s hard to find and keep skilled techs, but now seems that most HVAC firms have a business model like a car dealer’s service dept, far more corporate, less flexible or customer-considerate."
