"Woke up to no hot water on Friday. I immediately starting thinking, "I'ts Friday, I won't even get anyone out here until Monday." I called Joyce Cooling & Heating and was told that they would have someone out that day, and that the Technician would call a half hour before arrival. Sure enough, the Technician called that afternoon and arrived right on time. Our Technician Josh, diagnosed the problem, and had us up and running within an hour! Josh was very professional, explained the problem and left the area neat and clean. I was also very happy with the cost of the repair. Thank you Joyce Cooling & Heating!"

"I have been a Palmer customer for 5 or 6 years at least. My experience with the front office and the technicians has always been great. We have always been on automatic oil fill and we have never had an issue. My most recent experience was today - we needed a service and a replacement part. The technician was very polite, experienced, knowledgeable and respectful of our time (David). He also had a more junior team member with him (Domenic) who was very respectful as well. I continue to be impressed with Palmer and will remain a customer for the foreseeable future!"

"Diagnosis and repair were straightforward and the talented Mike, who has done other great work for us on our ACs, had a replacement pump in his truck. Swapped over in under an hour. Cost of the repair was quite high, mainly due to very high price they charged for the pump. A Taco pump that I could buy for $175 was priced on this repair at more than $500. I get that it was an urgent situation and I’m happy to pay reasonably for the response but that mark-up bothered me. I called the office, had a long talk with the owner; sadly, she offered no consideration at all. Yes, it’s hard to find and keep skilled techs, but now seems that most HVAC firms have a business model like a car dealer’s service dept, far more corporate, less flexible or customer-considerate."

"George at All Good Services Answered all my calls and text showed up at exactly when he said he would on New Years Eve and didn't rush through the job. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it. I'm totally grateful that he helped me during a tough situation. I would recommend his services to anyone looking to get their heating and cooling needs. A+ for customer service, knowledge and personality."

"They were great - communicated well from purchasing the deal through finishing the inspection, performed the inspection quickly, and gave us an itemized list of recommended repairs to our chimney due to some inevitable wear and tear. Would absolutely hire them again."

"Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. We will definitely call him again if we need any computer services."

"llent results. This was first listed as a special dealon Angies List, but I wanted a particular toilet installed, so it was necessary to deal directly with the plumber.
The price was very competitive, and the work was done, on time, with excellent results.
Jake the plumber, as he likes to be called, was truly wonderful in his approach---several items, which he repaired while here, would have been billed by the average firm, including a major water leak, whic h was completely unrelated to the work contracted for, was repaired at no cost, and would have been very costly, if neglected.
I have dealt with many firms on Angies List, and I can truly say that Peterson Plumbing was above and beyond my highest expectations.

"Eddie did a fantastic job. He was able to come earlier, which helped me out. He explained what he was doing and got to work. One drain was a particularly hard job, but he kept at it until it worked perfectly. There were no hidden charges or attempts to jack up the cost. When he finished, he cleaned up completely. I would definitely recommend him and use him again if we need to."

"Service was prompt and professional. Tech Guy Cilluffo was friendly, knowledgeable and was able to repair the problem quickly by replacing the voltage regulator. Cost for this particular repair seemed a bit high, but was probably in line with what other large providers would charge. Would definitely consider them again for service in the future."
