"Mansfield Plumbing charges $69 to come do an estimate. They say they can't give estimate on phone because each house is unique. The price they charged however is not individually made. They charged $489 to install my Kitchen faucet that I bought. Only labor for less than 1 hour. I called them to get a break down of how it cost $489 for installation of a faucet and they didn't call me back. I will never use them again."

"I want to thank Manny and his team for an excellent job! I was in need of duct replacement and repair to be ready for winter time. I tried contacting several other HVAC companies over a couple of week period and Manny was the only one who called me back. He contacted me the next day and he was able to schedule my work the day after. He was very informative and professional. He also gave me some options to consider for insulation. He and his crew made quick work on the job and are clean and organized. When they were done he had me take a look at the completed work and it is super nice and neat! "They did a good job, but charged $195 for a $60 dollar part, plus the $70 trip fee. They did provide the 10% Angie's list discount. Total cost $256 to replace the part. Professional people and he did wash both units to remove grass build up which was very nice. Very high price."

He was very professional and felt like he was upfront with his recommendations and preparing for our longterm needs. He gave us great information about the options available and shared the company basics about their size, location, and financing options when we are ready to move forward with our new system. "I can't say enough good things about these guys! They provided same-day service (at end of June!) when the largest AC Service provider (you would recognize their name) could not schedule an appointment less than 10 days out. On top of that, Prime AC ended up replacing a 2.5 year old system which the "largest AC Service provider" installed previously which had a 1-year labor warranty. Watch out for those 1-year labor warranties, because it means the provider has no confidence in what they are installing! Prime AC recommended a solution to address the specific needs of my problem with a ten-year warranty, parts AND LABOR! They were very thorough with the install and the system works great. I would recommend this company to anyone experiencing AC issues. They are honest, hard-working, and reasonable...nice to see that still exists in some AC companies."
