"The initial call was made on a Saturday morning and was answered promptly. The scheduler gave me a time window when someone was available and could be at my home. The technician arrived well within the time window. and promptly went to work to diagnose problems, checking several different parts as well as the thermostat. Once it was determined that an electric igniter was no longer functioning, the technician explained the problem and offered two choices for repair. He determined that he had a replacement igniter on his truck. It was installed and verified that furnace was working properly. Throughout the visit, he was very courteous and made certain that I understood his actions. I am very pleased with the service and the tech. <br />"
