"We had an older Heatmaker combination unit boiler that was 32 years old that needed to be replaced. We started out with several estimates and first decided what could be used in our space constrained garage. We decided on a Navien combination unit and focused a obtained a couple more estimates. Dawson in fact was one of the last estimates we obtained. While Dave from Dawson had the benefit of us being well along the learning curve, he was able to answer all of our questions about the new unit and how best to solve the condensate dilemma. He even was spot on with regards to treating our well water to minimize scale buildup in our new boiler. We knew we had reached that point where we felt we had found the best installer in Dave. Dave verified his condensate solution with the local township inspector and we scheduled the install date in two weeks. Carlos and Pablo showed up on time and dismantled the old unit and piping and did a first rate and well thought out installation job. Carlos had extensive experience installing these Navien units and it really showed. They managed to work in a tight space that PSE&G’s installers would not have with relocating a well tank. After all the plumbing was done, Ricky did the electrical work and adjusted some final dip switch settings before firing up the new boiler. Dave and his crew really are top notch. His front office staff (Wanda and Ondrea) made the PSE&G interest free financing and permitting approval process seemless. We are looking forward to the operation and efficiency of our new high efficiency boiler for years to come. "The unit I had purchased from Home Depot had a piece missing, this was noticed by Easy Flow and I returned it to store for a new one. Once again, Easy Flow inspected the new unit and recommended I return it as it seemed the unit was previously installed and removed before being returned to the store. I finally picked up the third unit with a Home Depot employee verifying that it was brand new and Easy Flow installed it. I appreciate that Easy Flow remained while I went through the return process.

Although this was not the answer that I was looking for, it was the right answer and decision. Lisa was very pleasant and attentive to my long winded explanation, had me speak to Mo who took time talking to me. I asked if he could take a look at unit , he did and said it was operating but not cooling properly but that a full pressurized check of system was best done when weather warms. He was going to leave without a service charge but I asked him if he could winterize furnance, thought quote could have been lil lower for that but agreed because I appreciated his directness and honesty on dealings. Lisa quickly made appt to fit my schedule and Mo and helper were puntual on call as well as prompt responding to night call to check on pressure gauge that they replaced. Service cost all in."
