"We had experienced a water leakage into our carpet on the first floor, so I contacted experts of Hometown Restoration and spoke with the owner, who was helpful and answered all of my questions. They made a schedule and arrived at our house on that day. First, they inspected the place nicely and then explained to us the whole process of what they would be going to do. It was excellent advice, so I hired them to fix our floors. They could altogether remove all of the water and dry things out, and we are delighted with the work they did. The warranty did not end up covering the particular damage so I ended up doing that myself later on. They came out to do an estimate and look at it for us, but we did not actually end up using them. We did not pay for it, it was part of the closing costs. Because the work we needed wasn't covered, we did not find this service particularly useful. When I had to talk to them, I think it was three or four times that week, they were always very professional and responsive, but they just did not happen to cover the particular thing that happened to us so for that reason we would not go with them again. It was like a one-year thing that was included by the seller when they sold the house. I mean we were happy to have it but I don't think we would go out on our own and buy it.
