"The service call was placed on 12/10; vendor callled same day but was unable to respond until 12/14. He was prompt and declared the faucet was unreparable.. I asked if he could not try to repair but he said he cold not do that because if it din'fix the problem he could not replace the faucet. He stated that the replacement would not be exact but similar. My faucet had separaate lever for turn on/off but he said the replacement would probably be part of the sprout. We did not really appreciate this but he offered no probable favorable solution.. Not happy with response time but realize a close to weekend call caused this. Did not appreciate not even attempting repair."

"Air America was great.  I bought the AC "tune up" offered by Angie's List.  Scheduling was easy, and the technician showed up on time.  He checked everything out, added Freon (or whatever it is now) and pointed out that my thermostat was showing the wrong temperature.  No wonder I could never get the AC down to 75 degrees!
He offered to replace the thermostat (for an additional charge), but luckily I have installed a few thermostats in apartments I have lived in, so I can do it myself.
He was not pushy trying to sell other services that I did not need.  I appreciated that.  I will definitely use them in the future.

We live in Illinois but our condo we wanted remodeled is on Key Largo.  Our worries were alleviated by Eric's diligent monitoring of the work's progress and keeping in frequent contact with us. Eric was able to not only keep us updated but provide us with choices of materials throughout the job. His advice was invaluable as we picked color combinations and various styles. Eric provided us with internet links to look at the materials and compare the different products. Eric even obtained samples and put the samples into photo layouts so we could see how the colors went together. The end result was remarkable!
