" First let me say that in my experience it is very rare to find someone with Robert's honesty and integrity.
 We called Robert based on the good evaluations from Angie's list.
 A very severe condensation problem had developed in at least (2) locations which was starting to damage our carpet and sheet rock.
 I must admit that the main source of the leak was not readily apparent because I had tried to locate it before calling Climate Masters.
  Robert came as promised and after checking the filter and finding the sad condition of our compressor environment concluded that the severe air flow restriction was the problem. He then took care of that situation .
 He then advised us to keep an eye on the situation and call him if the water did not dry up in a reasonable period and that there could be residual leakage from a possible melting ice formation.
 The condensation did stop around the overhead duct but there was resumption of a persistent leak coming from somewhere.
 Robert came out again and diagnosed the clogged drip pan channel and repaired it as stated above.
 He did not charge for this follow-up or repair because he said the work was guaranteed and that he had missed the clogged drip tray channel on his first vist.
 I was really impressed because due to the unrelated nature of  the compound problems it would have seemed unreasonable to expect Robert to have also diagnosed the drip pan situation with the flow restriction staring us in the face!
 I will definitely use Climate Masters in the future and also recommend them to friends and relatives.

"We have a standard maintenance with them. They?re excellent. They?ve responded too. We actually have a new heating and cooling system that is 4 or 5 years old and they did the installation. "These guys were pros through and through. We wanted to remove the old oil furnance (that was about the size of a VW bug) and replace it with a more energy friendly and cost saving gas furnance. They gave us multiple cost options from keeping our current water heater, going tankless, or changing to a higher eneregy effecient heater (which we chose.) The decisions were made more complicated as we have a heat pump on the 2nd and 3rd floor while the oil furnance serviced the 1st and 2nd floor. Mike, our sales manager was patient with our continous questions and responded via phone and/or email. 
The job was occuring in December and they tried to negate as many hours without heat as they could. The project manager, Joe, kept us updated throughout the project - making sure he reviewed with us everything they did each day, the next steps, and their progression on the timeline. They kept the place immaculate. They warned us previously that taking out the old furnance would likely do damage to the stairwell - and the stairs were nicked quite a bit, but they came in with a sander and smoothed them down and even offered to paint them if we had matching paint.
We had them come out to do a couple of tweaks, but the system works great, and will definitely save us money in the long haul. We are putting in AC this summer (I know our installing timing is opposite from what it should have been) and we are having Vaughan install a high velocity Unico system shortly. I wouldn't use anyone else.

"Jeff and his team did and excellent job with the installation of two Daikin HVAC units. I had many questions about the units and install and they were quick and thorough in responding. "Called for estimate to install light switch, customer service was great and set up an appointment for a visit. Technician was on time and very professional. The light switch was for a garage exterior light and had easy accessibility to run the lines. When the technician told me that it would cost $600; I almost had a heart attack! No Thanks! To make it even better I had to pay a $29 service fee just for them to come and shock me with the cost! Also, I now receive phone calls and emails trying to sale me other services. No Thanks! Since then, I called one other company and the same job will cost $175..."
