I felt he was professional, and knowledgeable, and now that the installation is complete, my confidence in Cesar's ability was justified. I have used Anthony Plumbing Heating Cooling for years. They replaced my central heat, later my central air, and recently replaced all the old cast iron pipes in my 60 year old home. I trust this company to stand behind their work. Plus, every technician they've ever sent out have been top notch."

"I had to find emergency service for my furnace because it stopped working. I contacted several places trying to get help because it was extremely cold. Dad's was even booked up and Dan was doing his best to see if he could rearrange things on his schedule to come help me and my kids. Unfortunately, he was too booked and unable to come out that day. I continued trying to find assistance for at least sometime that week and was struggling to even receive a call back from anyone that day. The next morning I thought I would have to start the whole process over trying to find service but to my luck, Dan from Dad's called me to check and see if I was able to find anyone to help me out. I told him I still hadn't found anyone yet and was worried I was going to end up with frozen pipes if I didn't figure it out soon because it was so cold. Dan rearranged the schedule and had someone come out and to service our furnace that day. We found out what we were pretty sure we already knew, the whole system needed replaced because it was 20 years old. Dan got his crew right on top of things and helped us get a brand new system put in on the coldest day of the year. On top of that, he helped out by making it more affordable and doing it in phases so it was financially easier on us to get it all replaced and installed. We now have the whole system installed and I couldn't be happier with all the great customer service and quick installation of the system. He even called to check on the system after installation of the heater about 6 weeks later. When the company's name is Dad's you can only hope you are treated like family and Dan was very honest up front and fair about everything from beginning to end. He made sure my family was safe and comfortable just like a dad would do. I would definitely use this company again and recommend them."

"Very well. Dan was very professional and personable. He did a very thorough job of inspecting my HVAC system and noted that my humidifier was not working. I told him I was aware that it was no longer functioning and that a previous tech with a different company had told me that the full humidifier would have to be replaced due to corrosion. Dan said no. It only needs a few parts and it would be good to go. I was quite thrilled by this and upset at the previous tech (company) for their incorrect diagnosis. I had Dan repair the humidifier and it's working perfectly! He removed some useless wiring that was connected to nothing and cleaned up the entire area when he was done. He also installed a thermostat that I had purchased even though it was not on the work order. I am very happy with going with Dick Ray and the service that Dan provided."

"Erick and his crew took out our garbage disposal, dishwasher, and replaced the oven hood in the kitchen. They replaced the old wooden baseboards (which had mold) and toilets in the bathroom. They also installed a water softener and replaced our water heater. Erick and his workmen were extremely kind and polite, being perfect gentlemen while in our condo. While installing the new toilet when they noticed an issue that could cause water to leak to the unit below our Erick sought to remedy the situation so that would not occur and his crew worked late to fix the crack and install the new toilet. Erick was flexible and was willing to incorporate any changes we needed. When the work was completed, Erick only charged us the amount of his original quote. We plan to contact Arcadia in the future for additional work we need to have done."

"John is very honest and up front. I appreciate that. I had wanted Pendant lights installed & he was the only one of 3 estimates that informed me that it would not be cost effective for me as the ceiling would have to be cut away and that would leave me with repairing the ceiling ( he would do it) then having to paint the entire ceiling to insure that it was a uniform color throughout. "Bob and his crew arrived right on time the morning of the appointment. A couple of them began dismantling the old furnace in the basement of the house, sweeping the floor and preparing the site for the new one, while a couple others did the same with the old AC unit outside in the backyard. Only when it occurred to me that I hadn't taken the old, broken water heater into account that I asked him if he could also install a new one fo those while he was there. He gave me a fair price quote, voiced no objections about messin gup his schedule or anything, and promptly went to obtain a water heater while his workers continued with their tasks. Everything was done in a matter of a few hours and the house was cleaned up better when they left than it was before they came!  I will call Bob for each of the next houses I plan to buy and rehab, knowing that he will do just as good a job on each one as he would on his own home or my own. "These guys are awesome! We've used them for the 20-some years we've lived in Lee's Summit. They are always responsive and punctual. They get the issue fixed the first time without me having to call them back. Pleasant and professional. Quality work. Their rates are reasonable. We have purchased air conditioners twice from them and furnace once. They did all the paperwork for the rebates for us. I called them last week because the air conditioner didn't seem to be cooling properly.
