"Moved to Jarrell, Tx in July 2021. Knew from having lived in Georgetown that we would need a water softener. Googled and called multiple companies but after finding Clear and Pure Water and talking to George Sr I knew I had found the right company to provide my water softener. Went with them not only because their quote was about half of the others I had gotten but also because of George Sr's friendly personality, low pressure sales and the time he spent educating me and making sure he was quoting the right system to meet my needs (no upselling). George Jr did my install and not only was he courteous and friendly but also very knowledgeable and had the system installation complete in less than 2 hours. Fast forward to August 2022, system working with no problems but wanted to have system checked and make sure everything was fine. Called and got hold of George Sr mid-morning on a Monday and told him what I needed and asked when he could get to it and he responded "how about this afternoon". Couldn't believe it. George Sr showed up shortly after lunch, ran the system through all the checks, added chemical for cleaning the system and was done in less than 30 minutes (even gave me a discount on the expensive chemical). You just can't beat that type of service (and done with a smile). Highly recommend this company."

The results were staggering. Our water quality in Round Rock is incredibly poor. Romaldo spoke in plain, layman's terms that were easy to understand and jargon-free. After leaving the consultation Romaldo provided us with our water results in an easy-to-read report, along with three estimates of different equipment packages and the ongoing maintenance associated with the systems. The installation team arrived timely, explained all of the steps they were going to do in order to complete the installation and got straight to work. They began at approximately 9:30am and were done by 3pm. Their installation was very clean and thorough. Overall, I have been incredibly impressed by the sales staff, the equipment and the installation team."

"The technician came on time and, although it took him longer than expected to install the system, he installed it and demonstrated the system for me. The next day, I noticed there was still water on the concrete close to the system but, I figured it was residual water. Apparently the system was leaking. Two days after install I contacted Leaf and advised them that the system was leaking. Early, the next business day, they arrived and repaired the leak and made sure I was happy. "3 Plumbers & Dad LLC were excellent to work with. I needed to get a Pressure Reducing Valve installed because the PSI on the water pressure from the main line to the house was too high. I found them through Angie's list, and called to set up an appointment for the quote. They have a really user friendly reminder system so after calling I got an automated email with the date/time and they arrived on time for the appointment. After that initial visit Teresa sent me 4 quotes! The first had just the work I initially called about, installing the PRV. The other 3 had additional options based on their best practice recommendations - such as installing a Thermal Expansion Tank to prevent PRV discharge and replacing the flexible piping on my water heater with solder weld copper. Each quote had a different price point and thorough explanation of each component so I could make a well informed decision and pick the option that best suited my needs and budget. I chose to upgrade the project from just the PRV to the PRV along with the Thermal Expansion Tank and Copper piping. The install went very well, again sent me an appointment reminder and were on time for the install appointment. They were very professional and showed me the work and the new location for shutting off the main line in the event of an emergency after the PRV install. I highly recommend working with them, I will absolutely use them again for any future plumbing needs!"
