"Review I left on Google. We had an amazing experience with Smart Heating and Air Conditioning. Our tech, Juan, was on time, courteous and knowledgeable. He fixed the problem quickly and offered expert assistance in setting up an ongoing maintenance plan for our 35+ year old furnace. Also, he was engaging, and focused on the customer experience. You’ve got a great employee in Juan Rodriguez Pinto. He made me want to be a recurring costumer to your business. Which, as a person who works in costumer service myself, is the highest praise I can give. In fact, the entire process for our service was seamlessly executed. From reaching out through Angi, to communications with Suzy in the office, all the way to a working furnace. It all added to a perfect customer experience. Thanks"

"We chose repair of a very old air conditioning unit due to the cost of a new unit. It is working now but we have no guarantee of for how long. Global responded quickly and repaired the unit within hours."

"Excellent customer service. Responded immediately. Sent a technician out the next day, and that tech kept me abreast of when I could expect him when there was a delay and then showed up and was incredibly kind and professional and good at his job. It was a wonderful experience."

"Best company. The installed heat pump to replace my central heating and air conditioning. They service it annually. It works extremely well."

"Highly recommend Alanis Air! I own a commercial property and when one of my tenants called about an ongoing issue, John came out and brought his team to quickly diagnose. Explained the pros and cons of repairing compared to replacing. Was genuine and gave me a price I could not pass up. Coordinated the project with the tenant and replaced the whole system smoothly with zero business interruptions. Tenants are more than satisfied with the new system and extended their lease. Excellent service, gentlemen. Thank you Alanis Air!"

"Osvin came to the rescue and performed the repairs quickly and efficiently"

"Vendor was responsive in scheduling visit.  However, they did not show up until about a couple of hours beyond a 2 hour window so ended up waiting for several hours with my tenant.  Was told coupon could not be used because there was malfunction in AC (ended up using coupon at another rental).  Did not fix problem but quoted replacement unit that turned out to be quite high.  Another vendor eventually addressed the issue by cleaning the unit.
