Mario did a fantastic job on the trim, I was surprised he could paint that close to our hardwood floors and carpets without touching any of them. They sanded, patched and painted the entire room and even stayed over the time I paid for to get the job done. It looks fantastic. I went back to ESP painting after they did a nice job for the first time I used them. The work included skim coating and painting of 4 rooms that had wallpaper before. Edson and his crew did a great job. They are very professional and do a high quality job. Edson is responsive and he went out of his way to get me a few sample colors that I can choose between them. I will use ESP painting in the future and recommend them if you like to have your job done with a high quality.

"Our 6 unit, townhouse style, condo association exterior building was in need of paint job. It had been approximately a decade or so since the units had been painted. There was rotted wood, two outside decks per unit, and a very difficult to get to section in the back due to our unique landscaping situation. We acquired 2 quotes and Souza painting was less than 1/2 of the other quote we received. We decided to go ahead with Souza painting and we most certainly made the right choice. Marcio was up front and honest regarding start dates and his overall approach, he was on site everyday there was scraping and/or painting. His crews were professional, efficient, and quick.
