"04/07/2015 The installation of the backup sump pump follows the work Basement Pros performed for me in May, 2014.(Angies List review on-line). The job was to install a french drain and sump pump in the basement. As my review of 14 May, 2014 indicates, I was 100% satisfied with the contractor and the work performed. I contracted Basement Pros again, this time to install a Zoeller Battery Backup Sump Pump System. Again, I was happy to deal with Karen in the office, and Donny on the installation. Donny showed up like clockwork Saturday morning. He had the system installed exactly in the length of time Karen had said it would take him. I threw them a curve ball by asking to have the discharge line from the pump/well in the basement redirected from it's original placement outside. There was no problem, or charge, with the request. However, as with just about everything else that is done around here, it ended up being more work than I had hoped. Donny then took his time, thought it through, and did a top-notch job! Once again, at No additional charge. Basement Pros is a First Class firm. They are well priced, very friendly, and provide great service. The sales technician was experienced and knowledgeable in the field of residential drainage. The process was coordinated and explained well to us, and the build team was timely and proficient. "We have a Ranch house built in 1970. At that time, I installed two sump pumps to deal with water issues. Although the pumps and their replacements have worked over the years, there were several issues. First, the sump holes are far from being attractive. Second, the plumbing is a kludge and not up to code. And, there was no backup in case of power failure. I investigated several contractors and decided to go with Kinetic Basement Solutions. This is the best investment I have made in years. Greg and Jason are the co-owners. Greg gave an estimate to replace my two sumps and encapsulate my dirt floored crawlspace. The price was great so I signed a contract. Greg scheduled a start date. Although the start date was delayed, Greg kept me informed of updates. Once the job started he checked in frequently via phone to inform me of schedule changes and work progress. Jason also stopped by often to check progress. The staff worked hard every day and left the basement and garage clean. The crew consisted of a senior guy with two to three helpers. The finished products are outstanding. Each sump has room for two pumps. This is for future room for a backup pump. Each pump has a battery backup. The sumps drain into catch basins in my back yard. The encapsulated crawlspace is clean and bright. Greg is passionate about his product and company. The work was outstanding and the installation team was professional."

"Every aspect was great from Jen in the office to the estimate guy (very knowledgeable) to the two guys who installed the gutter and snow blockers on roof.  The guy who gave the estimate told me up front that the snow blockers were $9+, and I needed a lot of them.  He also gave me many options with pricing for each option.  The installers were prompt, efficient, personable, and thorough.  I am very satisfied with the work they did!  I had had a cheaper gutter put in several years ago for $150 for just the gutter and downspout.  The gutter, I found out, was installed going the wrong way for the slant of my roof, the material was flimsy, and the snow destroyed the gutter last year.  The new gutter is much better, stronger, correctly installed, and attractive. <br />"
