"New AC unit in 2016 with recent problem being the third issue with unit since installed. Parts covered by warranty but labor and freon refill not. Most recently coil found leaking and needed to be replaced. I explained to owner past problems including my thought 3 breakdowns was excessive for newer unit. He said he would work with us to get it fixed to our satisfaction and he did just that. I would call them again for HVAC service."

"The company and service techs were all great! We had them out and they replaced the dual capacitor with the caveat that it could be something more, but we would try this first. It worked for a couple weeks but then the breaker kept tripping so we had them back out. Turns out the compressor was bad and was causing the breaker to trip. We were not necessarily surprised by that news. We ended up replacing the whole system, which had been pieced together over the years anyway. We cannot say enough good about the salesman and the techs. Everyone was very professional and friendly. Installation was done on a Saturday and it was pouring down rain most of the day. The technicians were careful to use foot covers when coming into our home since it was so muddy that day. They took the time to explain everything thoroughly and made us feel confident with the set up and new system. We were very pleased and have already recommended them to several other people."

They proposed options to fix, but I chose to purchase a new unit. There was no pressure from anyone to purchase a new unit which was good. Keith was my sales representative, and was very professional with his recommendations. I got 2 additional quotes from other vendors before choosing to go with Prudential, and I am glad with the decision. Unit installed and working great! Keith even made recommendations on window replacements that would make the overall home much cooler. Looking into that now. "Jim is local.  It went great. Jim Ferrell is a professional of the highest caliber. Responded quickly, took care of my problems, and advised me as to better means of protection than I had. He came back a second time to uninstall software that I purchased that did not provide adequate protections and installed free software that would do the job.  He did the work through remote connection, but is available on site if necessary.
For those people needing help on getting red of malware, viruses , etc. on your computer,  Jim is local, better than all thse remote out of state location providers, is a mature, highly trained professional in this area.
If you go to local computer stores you get very young people that can do a basic job, but are no where near the professional level of Jim.
