"Our AC went out on Friday afternoon. The Aire Serv repair tech, came out on Saturday morning and told us what we already knew...that our 21 yr old AC unit needed to be replaced. He gave us some tips to help it limp along until we could have a new unit installed. Bill, the Aire Serv sales rep, met us at our house on Monday. We discussed different equipment and options. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He understood we would be getting quotes from other companies and assured us that his pricing be better. After meeting with three other companies, Bill was proven right. Aire Serv was more than $1000 less expensive than the closest competitor for the same Lennox equipment. We signed a contract with Bill on Tuesday afternoon, with the install scheduled two days later on Thursday! The other companies were 2-4 weeks out on installs. The install team (Richard & Justin) arrived promptly at 9am on Thursday and got straight to work. The removal and install was smooth and painless. They finished up around 5pm and spent an additional 45 minutes explaining how the new equipment worked, how to get the most out of the system, and answering our remaining questions. We went from an old, broken AC unit to a complete high-efficiency HVAC system in less than one week. Thank you Aire Serv!"

"Sometime in November 2013, unbeknownst to me, a water pipe leak occurred under the foundation of my house. It was only brought to my attention when I got a huge sewer and water bill totaling almost $1000 in late December. I called Greenwell Plumbing and they came out within a few days to look at the problem. They apologized for me having to wait a few days, but this was when this area was experiencing very cold temperatures and pipes were freezing and bursting and the plumbing companies were swamped with people calling about flooding homes. I understood this completely. When they came to the house they spent quite some time trying to locate the leak and finally suggested that I call the American Leak Detection Company.which I did. For anyone who has an underground (under the foundation) leak, this company is a Godsend. This company came the very next day and Greenwell was here to meet them. Within 20 minutes of being in the house, the leak detection company had located the leak in the kitchen. Greenwell immediately started jack hammering through the ceramic tile floor and into the foundation. We soon heard the gushing of the water from the leak. This was quite a large leak as my December water bill had said that I had used over 50,000 gallons of water in one month!!! After fixing the leak by replacing the pipe, and then pouring concrete into the hole to fill it up, they cleaned up the mess and left. Throughout the entire process they answered any questions I had and apologized for having to mess up my kitchen floor, which I had just had installed a few months before. The plumbers were friendly, polite and professional. I have recommended them to several people and would call them again with any future problems.

"This is just about everything I appreciate and value in a service provider. Our home has two heat pumps, and both were failing. Andrew quoted on both units in the spring, along with two other local providers. There was a pretty good spread between lowest cost and highest cost estimates, with Comfort Zone just shy of the midpoint between lowest and highest. From the initial discussion about the work involved and related equipment choices, I was sure Andrew was the provider I wanted. He spent time answering my questions during his initial visit and left with no pressure to close the deal. I had several follow-up questions which he always promptly answered via email or phone. His estimates offered multiple choices with the differences clearly explained. Comfort Zone replaced the first unit shortly after his initial visit. We just recently had him come back to do the second unit. Each time during his service visit, Andrew was professional and friendly and answered any question I had along the way. I love that the person who gave me the estimate is the same as the person who performed the work. You can tell Andrew is very proud of the work he does. The differences in interior air quality, interior and exterior noise level, and our power bill are all noticeable. I'd highly recommend Comfort Zone to anyone, just as a friend I trust had recommended them to me."

"Prudential has done my annual maintenance for a couple of years. Recently the AC gave out after 17 years with the original unit. Prudential was prompt in their response to look at the issue. They proposed options to fix, but I chose to purchase a new unit. There was no pressure from anyone to purchase a new unit which was good. Keith was my sales representative, and was very professional with his recommendations. I got 2 additional quotes from other vendors before choosing to go with Prudential, and I am glad with the decision. Unit installed and working great! Keith even made recommendations on window replacements that would make the overall home much cooler. Looking into that now. "First, I can only speak on behalf of the HVAC section of this company. I must say, they took care of us, and we truly recognize and appreciate it! Our home is 20 years old and with that comes with lots of maintenance as every homeowner can attest to. We have two HVAC systems one for the first floor and basement and one for the second floor. Our first floor unit went out last year. We had SEVERAL quotes for the unit last year and Danhauer gave us a steal on the system. Jacob, their sales rep, came out and spoke with us. He was very, very friendly and easy to talk to. He made promises to us that he followed through with which, in this day and age, is harder to come by. We LOVED our first floor unit as it worked like a dream (we got a Carrier with a heat pump). This year, our second floor unit was going out. Again, we got MANY quotes from all major companies (and there are many). Jacob came to quote us again and offered the SAME price as last year for the unit this year. To us that was a bargain because it was priced so well even for last year’s standard. We took it! I must say, this time around we had issues with the installation, and it didn’t work at first.. we of course had record 100 degree days so a lot of things were working against us. Despite all this, Danhauer came through for us after coming back to our house a number of times. They sent their best techs (Bill, Shawn, and especially Tyler) to help solve the problem. At first they replaced the coil but it ended up being something else. At the end, they ended up reinstalling a whole brand new BIGGER system for us (at no extra charge from the original price of a smaller system) and sent a reliable team (Keith and JB) to ensure the install went smoothly. We were in communication with Danhauer and Jacob in particular who gave us his personal cell and promised we would be taken care of until all was finally fixed and working beautifully. And sure enough it’s exactly what they did. Even though we had some complications, Danhauer stood by their word and took care of us at no extra charge (and a bigger system too because that’s what it took!). THANK YOU, DANHAUER to your entire team! We highly recommend you all and appreciate all the follow up and diligent work in making sure we were in good hands!"

"Jim is local.  It went great. Jim Ferrell is a professional of the highest caliber. Responded quickly, took care of my problems, and advised me as to better means of protection than I had. He came back a second time to uninstall software that I purchased that did not provide adequate protections and installed free software that would do the job.  He did the work through remote connection, but is available on site if necessary.
For those people needing help on getting red of malware, viruses , etc. on your computer,  Jim is local, better than all thse remote out of state location providers, is a mature, highly trained professional in this area.
If you go to local computer stores you get very young people that can do a basic job, but are no where near the professional level of Jim.
I highly recommend Jim to anyone that needs these type services.
