"Our wonderful remodeling job was done by Best builders group & their awesome team. After shopping around for more than few months for a good home improvement company, we got to Best builders group. The project manager was easygoing, skilled, honest and perfectionist!! For sure there was no pressure of any kind which caused us to feel very comfortable with him. Mr. Dove didn't do the work.  It was two of his employees or subcontractors.  The installation of the wiring, ceiling fan and ceiling light went fine, but the drywall repair wasn't that good.  The texture they sprayed on the walls didn't even remotely match the existing wall texture, so their patch job was obvious.  Also, they didn't reconnect something in one of the outlets so only the top socket worked.  When I notified Mr. Dove, he came out the next day to fix it.  I was impressed by Mr. Dove's professionalism, and would hire him again provided he did the work.

"Plumber was on-time. He successfully replaced the faucet. Unscrewing the old faucet was very difficult, which made me glad that I didn't try to do it myself. During the service, the plumber was friendly and answered my questions about what he was doing.

"Chris was a great guy, but he had to leave twice (on the clock) and travel to the hardware store to get parts that typically plumbers and installers would have on hand. a small valve and standard tubing. As a customer, I dont' think I should have had to pay for 2 trips to the store. (extra hour)"

Alex even went as far as "fixing" and covering up some patches made by another plasterer... never mentioned that the previous job looked awful... just fixed it at no extra charge.
