Due to a busy schedule the crew agreed to come by on a Saturday for the install, less than 2 weeks from date of estimate. The installation went quite smoothly and I had my new swamp cooler up and running within 4 hrs."

"I recently began renting my home through a management company. When the AC stopped working I had my management company contact an AC company, and they chose Expert. Expert quoted $4000 to replace the AC. I then found another AC company myself (Humphrey) for a second opinion. Humphrey was able to fix the AC simply by changing the capacitor and fuse. Expert either 1) didn't bother to even look at it because the work order was coming from a management company and figured they paid whatever, or 2) did a really poor job diagnosing the problem. Either way, neither is favorable. My lesson learned as a new landlord--always find a repair company yourself."

"I was kind of confused at first until the man wearing a Hillary Clinton sweater and Bernie sanders hat, I believe his name was carson, explained the situation. He did a good job but I could tell my manliness made him uncomfortable as he had not seen a gun safe before or a bear skin rug. He had to not only call his business partner, Doug, but their office lady bekah for assistance. Doug was great, knowledgeable, communicated well. I had a hard time listening staring at that Texas sized forehead though. Bekah was also very helpful when she wasn't constantly yelling. To he fair im hard of hearing, but I think she enjoyed it a little too well. All and all they did great work. I'd recommend holding the phone at as far of a distance as you can from your ear. No need for speaker phone, as her voice carries and makes up the distance. Very small and honest company. I highly recommend everyone to use Utah heating and air"
