And that was after multiple failed attempts of them telling me they were coming on a day and never showing up, I had to call and ask why there was no communication, only answer I got was that they got stuck at another job. But why did I have to call to get that communication? Then after the work was done I came home from a work trip to hundreds and hundreds of nails coming through my ceiling, after the project manager was told at least 3 different times from myself and at least 3 different times from my wife that we don not have an attic. So it was then agreed that 5 star roofing would fix my ceiling for no charge and then I would pay them after that was done.
