The man who installed it and had been servicing it was too busy to come for a week. I called MSD and was given an appointment for 8 AM the next morning. They were prompt and courteous, fixed my problem, and were reasonably priced. I will be calling them in the future."

"Jonathan and his guys did excellent work for me in replacing my boiler. I had submitted several bids to different contractors and Jonathan gave me the best price. The guys that came to my house to install my new boiler and replace my old boiler were very professional and clean. I had two problems (a water leak and cold room) since the boiler was installed. I called Jonathan recently and he sent his guy right over and fixed both problems. I highly recommend his company. I would definitely use them again."

Kevin diagnosed the problem immediately as the thermostat, had a replacement in the truck, and completed the installation of the new unit quickly. He showed me how to program the updated version, and everything seemed to be fine - until the next morning. Turned out the replacement was defective. When I called, I was told that they might not be able to get back to me that day, but Kevin interrupted his schedule to come back and put in a new (and working) unit at no charge."

"It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. I’ve gotten calls to insure we are satisfied with the work. Satisfied barely covers it- I am pleased to write this kind of review. "They came to do the cleaning and they quoted us to replace the system, which they said needed to be done. Their price was way too high. They didn’t actually do the cleaning. But we had another company install the new system."

"I used A-Star last summer. It went very well. From the salesman to the installers, everyone was very professional, very accommodating, and very punctual. The installation was done in the end of August 2014. When I initially contacted them, summer was just around the corner. As you can imagine, they were booked solid for installations through almost the end of summer, however, they loaned me 4 or 5 (I don't remember exactly) brand new window units to put throughout my house until they could complete the installation, and at no additional cost. I was very pleased with their service. Recently, an issue arose with the thermostat that affected our ability to use the Central Air. They came as soon as I called and serviced it at no charge being as that it had been installed less than a year ago. They offer service plans in connection with the manufacturers warranty, and they were significantly cheaper price wise than all the local competitors. I will continue to utilize their company and service, as well as highly recommend them to others.

"I must say that Temp control LLC from Woodbridge is one of the best companies around based on my experience with them. I called on a Saturday, Shai came a few hours later, performed the service, explained what the issues were and the next day he called back to ask if everything was doing well. Where do you find service like that? I can say without hesitation that anyone who gives a bad review to this company is either a competitor or someone who wants to damage this company on purpose because you cannot find this type of service anywhere. "Since this was an emergency (we were concerned that the pipe might crack with no support) we went with Universe as that was the first company we contacted. The service manager (Tommy) sent over a tech (Nick) within 2 hours. Nick proceeded to remove 20ft of old pipe and replaced with new PVC and new support straps. The job took about 5 hours including the assessment and cleanup. The service was performed very professionally. We did pay $2,700, which we feel was a quite high for 5 hours of work. But, since we didn't get competing bids we can't complain."

"Braido is a nice family run company.  I had the original 25 year old furnace and AC. I has the last house on the block to replace them.  Needed to get it done before winter.  They showed up the day I called for an estimate, took measurements, checked old system and discussed in detail my options for a replacement system.   No pressure to sell me the best as we will down size in a few years. A few days later quotes for two systems arrived. I was able to scheduled an installation that fit my schedule.  It was your typical one day job.  Everything went smoothly with the installation, and the old hardware was taken away.  I like this company and recommend them, I give them and A.
