"Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. "We initially called a big AC company down the street to troubleshoot the problem. After the company came out for the service call, we waited another three weeks to finally get the estimate of $3500 to fix the leaks around our furnace?!! 
Luckily a relative referred us to Joe, who came out and showed us how the capacitor in our fan was barely working. Then he diagnosed our AC was not getting sufficient air flow due to a clogged evaporator coil.  He walked use through the entire process so we could understand.  He replaced the capacitor, pulled the evaporator coil out and showed us the disgusting amount of hair, dirt and debris in the coil.  He was able to fix everything and we paid less than $500. A true professional, a true trouble shooter, and a d*** nice guy.  He taught us these units usually just need maintenance, not replacement or unnecessary repairs.  Thanks JOE!!
