"When I contracted with Dave, he gave me estimates that included what it would cost if no posts needed replacement or if posts did need replacement. Upon inspection, Dave said that no posts needed to be replaced. He did repairs on 3 posts & replaced the bottom trim on all 4 posts. He then repainted all the posts & fascia. I was so happy with his honesty,work & reliability (he kept all appointments, reminded me when he was coming & arrived on time) that I am contracting with him to do some other jobs around the house."

"I have used Nelson for years now. He installed my Heat Pump / AC unit years ago. He and his son were professional, clean and did an outstanding job. The inspector who came to look at it was so impressed he asked me who did the work. I have used him other times for routine maintenance as well as when an Ice chunk fell off my roof and bent my blade, he was able to fix and recommend/install a solution to prevent it from happening in the future.
