The installation was not without problems. First, they broke an A/C drain pipe, second, they cut a sprinkler controller wire while running a PVC pipe. Here's my take, accidents happen but how does the business respond to these issues? Well, Donna was very quick to send her team out to correct the problems and they even paid for the damage to the sprinkler system. To me, that's top notch customer service. Any business can make a mistake, but how they handle it is the mark of a good company. Every time I lift the roll door and go into the basement now, I'm amazed at how cool and fresh the air is down there. No more mildew and no more smell."

"Called about leak Sunday morning. Plumber came out Monday, determined it needed replacement and notified Choice, who approved claim and permitted plumber to order new water heater. Thursday new water heater was installed. Was kept updated every day by both Choice and the plumber. Workers left my garage clean and I have hot water. "David's crew was supposed to come on Thursday but, due to some unforeseen circumstances, we had to reschedule for the following Monday. Overall, everything went well. Most everything on our list was repaired, replaced, or addressed. Unfortunately, they weren't able to fix our leaky shower due to the location of the problem (it would require a separate visit) and they weren't able to fix our dishwasher, which was displaying an error code. However, they were very honest about any limitations in what they could fix instead of going in and making any problems worse. I would likely call them back out for any future work that we have."
