"Quality 1 registration deserves a top-notch rating. Yoni and his staff are “can do”, professional, excellent people who follow through on their commitments. A month ago I returned at the end of a long day to my downstairs condo with 3 inches of water due to an inlet pipe breaking in my downstairs bathroom. Water was leaking out of both my back and front doors. After calling a plumber to fix the leak, I lucked out on a google internet search for a water remediation company. Yoni and his team were knocking at my door shortly thereafter in spite of the later evening phone call from me. I am certain the prompt service limited the overall damage. However, my condo was not rated to hold this amount of water for a period of hours and the damage ended up being pretty substantial. Over the next few weeks, Yoni helped me work with my insurance company providing them detailed reports to support their inspection of my premises. Given my initial positive experience, I decided to continue with Quality 1 for the mold remediation and the mold was successfully removed. While I am humbled by the whole experience, Yoni and Quality 1 were flat out an honor to do business with. I wish the company the best. We are so lucky to have professionals like Quality 1 in this market."

As an architect, we approached the selection of a firm via a request for proposal. We short-listed three firms and carried on conversations with them. Mr. Dry Services far exceeded our expectations. My fiance stressed the fact that Mr. Dry had been in business for 21 years. Upon their selection, they provided us with a team of professionals that had the required expertise and experience to complete our project. More importantly, they possessed people skills and were always courteous. Key management personnel, Tony and Bill, created an initial evaluation of our needs and prepared estimates that were negotiated and approved by our insurance company... a major concern that became a relief. During the initiation, as well as the duration of the project, Bill was always available by phone or in-person to answer our questions and prepare us for what to expect. We never encountered any surprises during the process. Jacob, the on-site leader, was very knowledgeable and friendly. His team comprised of Carlos, Corey, and Andres possessed the same attributes. After the work for the day was complete...they always asked us if we wished them to vacuum the pathways they utilized. To all readers of this review, this is not a common occurrence during a home remodeling and restoration project. The final restoration is a sight to see and enjoy. We are now...two happy campers, who have been sleeping in our living room and are currently returning to our bedroom. The website only permits me to give five stars...Mr. Drys was a ten-star performance.
