"I called for service around 8:00 in the morning on a hot July day. Roy answered the phone himself and we discussed the problem. He arrived around 3:00 that afternoon and was able to diagnose a leaking evaporator coil. At my request, he also talked to me about some DIY maintenance items. Roy had a busy schedule but arranged to come back in two days to do the needed repair. He arrived an hour ahead of schedule two days later and how the A/C up and running in under four hours. In addition to the work I had contracted him for, he went above and beyond, replacing another faulty part without extra charge, cleaning up my outdoor unit, and even cleaning up the weeds I had let grown up around and under the outdoor unit."

There is a reason Dugan Air recieves such high ratings from their customers...they earn them. The maintenance services are affordable and I would highly recommend giving them a try."

"I was disappointed that the service tech did not have the replacement faucet or garbage disposer with him when he came out. I made it clear in my request for an estimate that at a minimum, these two items need to be repaired/replaced so he should have brought them when he came. Instead, I had to wait for an hour for him to drive to the "warehouse" to pick up the items and come back. I did not see or sign the written estimate before I agreed to the quote, and I do believe I was gouged on the price, but the work needed to be done so I did not press the issue with John. Other than that, John was friendly, professional, and did a great job cleaning up after himself when we completed the work. The employee that contacted me to set up the appointment was also very friendly, prompt, courteous and professional. The lady that called the other day to see how things went was friendly and professional. For these reasons, I am willing to hire Hope Plumbing again for future plumbing need; however, I will scrutinize the invoice and demand to see the written estimate before hand."

"This company is great. I have used them twice and plan on using them again in the future. I had the same professional come out to my house and he was very friendly and personable and he also remembered me. The service was great. The first time we had a huge clog in bathroom sink which we had to get fixed and then the second time we had a leaky pipe in our basement. The technician even looked over my broken dishwasher. He didn't charge me for that since he couldn't fix it but he was able to give me tips about what was probably wrong with it.

"Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. We will definitely call him again if we need any computer services."
