"I have used Home Comfort on prior occasions to service my old furnace - they had replaced the capacitors and the main blower fan but on the most recent issue, the secondary fan went out. Rather than have it repaired (and seeing the number of repairs increasing each year), I decided it was time to replace the old furnace with a new one. I got a quote from Home Comfort for a new American Standard Gas Furnace with a 95% efficiency - it was scheduled for a Saturday. The serviceman was at my house at the time scheduled and had the entire work completed in about 4-5 hours. He was helped whenever necessary by an additional helper. They took the old furnace out and disposed of it and got rid of the packing material that the new furnace came with. It has been about 2 weeks now since the furnace was replaced and I have had no issues with the new furnace at all - it was done right the first time around. I would have no hesitation recommending this company for repairs and installation of HVAC systems."

"I had a great experience with G & R Heating & Air! They handled multiple services for me, including repairing my wall heater and servicing my central A/C, and everything was done professionally and efficiently. The team was punctual, knowledgeable, and explained each step clearly."

"Had water tank and HVAC system replaced. Karen provided full overview and options at estimate appointment. She was available by phone for all questions and concerns. Was able to get same week installation. Both Jorge’s & Jacob’s crews worked well together in same space. They were all responsible, respectful and explained post installation. Referred by my family, past customers."

"It was fine. The serviceman's name was Ken. Ken was very responsive. He cleaned the A/C units and checked the refrigerant. Everything checked out okay. He was respectful and answered all of my questions. "

"Excellent service, showed up on time, called first, was very professional and explained all issues and costs up front. Had the part needed for repairs with him ( first time for me) Completed service effectively and efficiently, left the job site cleaner than before after service. Would call again in a heart beat."

"Provider was able to schedule service quickly after being contacted. He arrived promptly, was professional and courteous, and got right to work. He cleaned two dryer vents, replaced the vents covers, and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. His service charge was extremely reasonable and lower than what was estimated. All in all as pleasant an experience one could have when getting dryer vents cleaned :-)
