They also installed a water softener and replaced our water heater. Erick and his workmen were extremely kind and polite, being perfect gentlemen while in our condo. While installing the new toilet when they noticed an issue that could cause water to leak to the unit below our Erick sought to remedy the situation so that would not occur and his crew worked late to fix the crack and install the new toilet. Erick was flexible and was willing to incorporate any changes we needed. When the work was completed, Erick only charged us the amount of his original quote. "For a couple of weeks I was having issues with my furnace. The first effort to fix it didn't work so I called Cozy home solutions to take a look at it. I called at about 1:30 in the afternoon on Friday and by 3:20 Steven, the owner, arrived. Within 20 minutes the problem was diagnosed and a part was ordered. Shortly after he called to schedule the install, which we agreed would be Tuesday morning. About 30 minutes or so after that call is when Malachi showed up with the part and said he was there to install it, a pleasant surprise! Another 20 minutes later a new induction motor and pressure switch was installed and Malachi was packing up. Both Steven and Malachi were very knowledgeable and good at explaining the mechanics of my furnace and what the issue was. They were very timely, efficient, and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to call them for any issue or tune up in the future and would recommend them to anyone!"
