I felt he was professional, and knowledgeable, and now that the installation is complete, my confidence in Cesar's ability was justified. I have used Anthony Plumbing Heating Cooling for years. They replaced my central heat, later my central air, and recently replaced all the old cast iron pipes in my 60 year old home. I trust this company to stand behind their work. "Bought the $99 regular check up package. Cody arrived on time, and find out the duct connected the furnace machine was untaped (or detached from duct due to air pressure). That is why the cold air was leaking and causing condensation in the furnace room, and mildew on the ceiling. He taped and sealed up the duct , check the furnace filter and AC machine outside. Took temperatures of supply and return. He says system was running fine, but advise the duct work connected to furnace might need to be improved by senior technician."

"Erick and his crew took out our garbage disposal, dishwasher, and replaced the oven hood in the kitchen. They replaced the old wooden baseboards (which had mold) and toilets in the bathroom. They also installed a water softener and replaced our water heater. Erick and his workmen were extremely kind and polite, being perfect gentlemen while in our condo. While installing the new toilet when they noticed an issue that could cause water to leak to the unit below our Erick sought to remedy the situation so that would not occur and his crew worked late to fix the crack and install the new toilet. Erick was flexible and was willing to incorporate any changes we needed. When the work was completed, Erick only charged us the amount of his original quote. We plan to contact Arcadia in the future for additional work we need to have done."

He and his guys moved my existing furnace to a new location int he basement and installed a new AC. They also moved the hot water heater. I am very pleased with his service. Also, the estimate was given several months in advance and was still honored once the project got going. They needed to come out twice to install the insulation because the siding took time to come off the house, but they were more than willing to work with the painter's schedule to make sure things got done in a timely fashion.
