"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"I needed to search for a new local service man for a very old oil furnace in an old house. Found John here after a quick Google search and seeing the reviews on him. Plus that he specifically has oil furnace listed in his repair schedule. So far my dad and I couldn't be more pleased. He reached out to me, actually within a couple hours upon my inquiry online. Friendly, professional, punctual. He kept me updated frequently on the status of some repair parts that needed to be ordered. This furnace has not been extensively serviced other than yearly 'tune ups' so he had a big undertaking. He got it going and did quite a few updates in fittings etc that needed to be done, as well as reommend some additional work to get it running safely and efficiently. I can highly recommend John as the cost of his labor was very reasonable, and you can trust that he has your best interest at heart. I'll be keeping him on retainer for yearly per-season service. My windows were in pretty bad shape. They really took their time and prepped them very well which showed in the finished product. When asked to redo or touch up anything it was done without question. "CHW was very responsive to our urgent need! We filed a claim the evening prior when we notices our A/C was blowing warm air into the rooms. Then by 8AM the next day, we had a call from the service technician saying he was on his way to address the issue! CHW worked with the technician to find out the compressor was the culprit and approved it's repair! Great customer service for a family in need during the hot south central Texas summer!"
