"Wayne answered my call on a Sunday night. Gave me an honest rundown of what he could do and when. Called in the morning, came in, replaced the valve, and checked the system, all before 11 am. Heat is back on on a very cold New Year's Eve night."

"Freezer was given to us by my mother who bought it new in 1993. When we plugged it in it wouldn’t get cold. I Was expecting a large delivery of beef so time was critical. Paul was very responsive and arranged in short notice to have an experienced technician, Jesus, come do the repair, even located replacement parts which based on age was a challenge. Very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend."

"The technician showed up on time on the scheduled day. However they had a propane water heater instead of gas with them at the time. Apparently some kind of mixup on the paperwork at the office. The gas version of the same water heater was only available from their warehouse in Pueblo, and would take a minimum of two days to arrive. Due to the mixup, they agreed to do the installation of the water heater after hours at no additional cost to accommodate our schedule, since we were unable to arrange to be home again during the day that week. Installation went smoothly and i have no complaints about the work performed. Have used this company for other smaller plumbing tasks and they are reliable and reasonably priced for plumbing services. would use them again.

"The technician came out, assessed the problem and fixed it. My frost proof faucet froze during the winter and the pipe burst. It appeared the vacuum breaker may have gotten clogged and the water did not drain out of the faucet causing it to freeze and burst. The tech had to cut into the basement ceiling to get to the pipe and unfortunately the heating/AC ductwork was in the way so he had to cut another whole. An honest mistake. These older houses don't have shutoffs or access panels for plumbing. The tech fixed the faucet then went to my other faucet and rebuilt it so it would work and not freeze up. He did that on his own initiative. So my faucets are good to go and I am much more secure in knowing my faucets should be okay. He did a great job and was a good guy.

"Service went exceptionally well. The plumbing company I used for many years went out of business, so I called Advantage after reviewing their ratings on Angie's List. Advantage was very nice and helpful from my phone call through the service call. I could not be more pleased with the work and the technician. Initial call was for leak under master bath sink. When we went to the basement to turn off the water we discovered a split pipe above my hot water heater. The technician was able to fix that issue in short order along with the master bath leak. I am so pleased he was able to do that repair in the same visit rather than having to set another appointment. I will use Advantage from now on."

Jay had the monumental task of designing an HVAC project to address our issues: *No HVAC *House was not plumed for HVAC (even though we had told the builder we wanted it) *Electrical panel could not handle installation of an HVAC load and required an upgrade *We had an installed a gas line in the garage during build (for a future heater) but needed the heater and blowers installed. Jay and his team impressed my husband with their professionalism, gave my husband a great consultation with their recommendations and solutions, provide a quote that was not only fair but included a much appreciated military discount, and the team was readily available to get us scheduled within 2 weeks. Jay offered us financing, and at 24 months/0 interest... who could pass up taking on our whole project at once! Needless to say we booked Mountain View Comfort right away and we couldn’t be happier with our decision!!!"
