"The first guy came, but did not have the parts he needed, even though I specified in my email what types of plumbing I had.  We had to reschedule for another day.  The second guy came and was very professional and knowledgeable.  He installed the system fairly quickly and explained how to operate the system.  He also showed me where my furnace was installed incorrectly.  I had the original furnace installer come out and fix the problem, that was pointed out to me by this company.  Very good customer service.  I have not used the humidifier yet, but I am happy so far.

Andrew quoted on both units in the spring, along with two other local providers. There was a pretty good spread between lowest cost and highest cost estimates, with Comfort Zone just shy of the midpoint between lowest and highest. The differences in interior air quality, interior and exterior noise level, and our power bill are all noticeable.
