We asked for an estimate and it was send quickly and was a very good price. The team showed up on time and not only were they professional they were very personable. When done they explained what was done and actually showed us what had been taken down so we could see how bad the old chimney had gotten. We have now found our chimney company for future cleanings and repairs. Highly recommend."

Terrific value -- I looked at others. The technician arrived on time, worked nearly 5.5 hours (initial estimate was 2hr per unit), was through and clean. He warned us about noise (uses high pressure air to push dirt towards huge vacuum connected on the other end of the system) and the possibility that it might smell a little like something was burning, but wouldn't be.  He also explained that he needed to cut into ducting system to attach the vacuum and that those openings would be patched with sheet metal, which they were.  Plastic film was placed over all ducts to prevent intake or exhaust of dust, each removed and replaced as the tech worked on individual ducts.   He did a full house survey for ducts upon arriving and a full house check at the end to insure that everything was cleaned up.

No fancy aspects like fiberoptic preview of duct condition, but very professional and well done for 1/4 of what some other providers were quoting.

"I selected Bob's Magic Broom based on feedback from Angie's List. Last month, when my furnace was serviced, the serviceman noted that chimney was not drawing as it should and recommended a cleaning. I checked my records and the last cleaning was in 2000. We have two flues - one for the furnace and one for a fireplace which is almost never used. The sweep (Joe) checked and fireplace and agreed it did not need cleaning, but the furnace flue was very bad and almost blocked. The cleaning took about an hour from beginning to end. "Purchased big deal which saved us a lot of money!!  We have amazing countertops for thousands less!!  
We have a large kitchen with lots of countertop so we went well over the big deal limit but it reduced the price significantly.  We went to their showroom and stone yard. We walked around their yard looking at all the colors and grains and we had 4 or 5 colors that we really liked. We were shown the different stones that were being offered in the big deal.  Our top 3 choices were in the big deal so we lucked out. The sales person spent a long time with us showing us the different lots of each color that we liked and going over the pro's and con's of each grain and pattern that was unique to each lot. We found a lot that we loved and those slabs were tagged and reserved with our name. We went over the details as we had a brought a sketch and dimension of our countertops with us. In no time we had an estimate and had  set up a time for having PS&T come out to do the templet. In about a  weeks are so our countertops were ready to be installed. We set up a time and PS&T were Punctual, professional and we couldn't be happier. Our Kitchen looks beautiful and the countertops really pop!!  We saved a boat load of money using PS&T and the whole expereince was amazing. Great company to work with from A-Z
