"With a leak already existing, the flashing repair and the siding placement was necessary. With a hurricane on the way, this work was essential! Chris came late in the day after checking with me about the wind and rain. As the conditions were still good, he made the outside repairs. Afterwards, he came inside to sweep the chimney. All was clean and tidy when he had finished."

"I’m so glad I called this company to repair my fireplace! They showed up on time, were friendly and easy to talk to, and clearly knew their stuff. They kept me informed throughout the repair, the price was affordable, and they cleaned up after themselves. I really appreciated how easy they made the whole experience. I would absolutely call them again and recommend them to friends and family!"

I grew up in a home where we grew our own food, repaired our own property and equipmentand lived a self sufficient life. I have a career background in construction, 20 plus years in renovation, tenant improvement, and ground up. I'm your jack of all trades. I'll trim your trees, clean up, repair and replace whatever needs attention.

"Kevin was very professional. He inspected the chimney and indicated that it did not need to be cleaned this year. There was a small crack in the liner which he repaired."

"Amazing, I have hired a lot of repair/ remodeling contractors and have owned several homes but always end up disappointed they either do not do quality work or drag out job and never show up on time. Angel was amazing always showed up when he said he would , always cleaned work area before leaving everyday and the work is unbelievable. you can not even see seams in the granite and I have a very large kitchen. I plan on hiring him again for bathroom remodel . You can not go wrong with unique transformation they are the best!!"

"Everything from initial contact to completion was absolutely top notch. We contacted the business during off hours to leave a message, and the owner still reached out to feel out the issue within minutes. We were scheduled and repaired within 48 hours. I cannot say enough about the courteous and professional manner of this company. Highly recommend."

"We are moving into our new house and needed the floors cleaned, because they looked like they hadn't been cleaned in 10 years or more. We also painted and got paint on the tile. Paul and Erica were able to remove all the paint and make the tile and grout look like new. They did a great job in only 2 hours, and I would definitely recommend their services. Before and after pictures are attached."

"Great! They came when they said they would. They were able to get the necessary parts and install them. They cleaned the grill so it is nice and spiffy!"

"Chaz was very professional and pleasant to work with. They cleaned my fireplace and did some repairs. I would definitely recommend this company."

"I put off the appointment to fix the holes since I thought it was going to cost a fortune. They kindly sent me a statement in the mail- roughly 500 more dollars. As much time as they spent, I was worried it would be 2 or 3 thousand. I moved the furniture & called them. I knew there was very little if any insulation in this old house. I did not know ashes & cinders, etc. were inches in distance & probably minutes from setting my bedroom wall on fire. I had not used the fireplace much because it got rather smoky upstairs every time I did. I took photos of the scorched paneling that is still next to my bed. The hole however has been repaired (like the others) with bricks and mortar. I'm convinced NO ONE ELSE would have worked so hard to find my problem. Nothing but thin paneling "covered" the 6" hole that used to be a vent from a wood stove. It could have killed me by smoke before I even knew the place was on fire. I believe my life was spared BEFORE the Kugels got here (when the smoke was so bad I quit trying to use the fireplace) and they saved my life by finding the defect. Now what kind of idiot would not cover a hole in the chimney? With my construction experience (a joke) even I would have wadded up some aluminum foil & stuffed it in the hole before I put paneling up over it!"
