"Called Brent (owner) at PMG. Brent said technician Michael would be there in about an hour. Michael arrived on time, diagnosed system, replaced control board. Sys been working fine since. (Two other firms diagnosed same problem; they proposed two different repairs, and turns out both were wrong.)
