"The technician, whom I believe was one of the owners as well as a firefighter, arrived on time and was very very thorough with the gas fireplace inspection/cleaning. The inspection revealed a faulty part which he repaired at a very reasonable price. The entire experience was that of exceptional service. I would highly recommend this company for any fireplace/pellet stove install or repair. I have already hired them to perform the same service at another property later this month. "It was very easy to schedule an appointment. The owner of the company came to my house on 8/2/16. He said that I could get a new 3 ton Trane air conditioner for $3,700 or I could repair the existing unit for $900. It needed a new blade, motor and 2 lbs. of R-22. I had just spent $350 for a service call and a capacitor two days earlier. As the unit was 27 years old, I decided to get a new unit. Ambient was able to come to my house the next day, 8/3 to install a new unit. The technicians were very professional, polite, and neat."

"Dave was amazing to work with. He walked us through the whole process and explained the best places for a wood stove in terms of heat, and then worked with us to help us find a new wood stove. We got 3 other quotes, and they all tried to get us to buy 3k-6k stoves from them. Dave found us a great $800 stove and then picked it up for us. AND his quote for the installation work was almost half the amount of the other agencies. I cannot recommend him enough.
