"Bryan is a great.
Between the time of when I made my appointment, the temps hit the 90s and it was hot in here.  So I e-mailed him to let him know about my A/C unit freezing up to the point where no air comes out of the vents.  He replied the same night to let me know what I can do to get by til the appointment.  This helped a lot.
On the day of the appointment, he arrived to my home within the time frame agreed on.  He inspected my A/C unit and gave it a shot of refrigerant.  It worked and everything seems to be back to normal.
My A/C unit is 20 years old so I asked him if it was at that stage of needing to be replaced or any major repairs.  He said that the system is in pretty good shape for its age.  The only thing that he saw, that might go due to the age, is a contactor.  He gave me an estimate on it if does go bad.
All in all, I feel like he did a good job for a fair price.  I will be using his services again.
