They also fixed a problem on the roof around the chimney; they replaced the wood around the chimney with a material that would never rot, so they fixed it even better than it was before. "Overall, I was not pleased with the work or professional. The actual tuckpointing and pitching the sill, the work looked like it was done well, but when they went to caulk the sill, the caulking was not a smooth caulk bead. Trying to have them correct the issue was difficult. If the owner was not happy with me dealing with him, he would not show up the next time to do the work. The project dragged out a long time."

Eventually August was when it was repaired. This is ok because other than severly heavy rain, the roof didn't leak. Also our area was hit recently by bad flooding so I know they were busy. But they came out and got the roof replaced in that half day and it looks great!
