"Overall positive experience, quick, professional and show up on time. Austin installed two brand new A/C for us, a split mini and a central unit. They both are working great. They removed the old units, cleaned up everything, very pleased with their work. I definitely will call again if needed. The entire staffs were great and easy to deal with from start to finish... thanks again!"

"Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. We will definitely call him again if we need any computer services."

"We have used other companies for services but when it came to replacing both A/C units we went with Ragsdale and we are very pleased. They are polite and professional. Highly recommend them for your home or business."

"My experience started out great, from the first call to the evaluation. I was able to get an appointment within the same week. Even called back to let me know an opening had become available. During the evaluation I felt AAA Basement was being honest with me about what was needed. No Services were needed, but I was a list of things to work on to prevent mold from developing. The list was explained thoroughly and discussed the need for a Dehumidifier. We have since put in the dehumidifier and things are going great.

"It was amazing. Randy was very professional and made sure everything was done correctly. He help me save money from future repairs was very understanding especially during the pandemic. Definitely will use him again for anything else in the future."

"CHW was very responsive to our urgent need! We filed a claim the evening prior when we notices our A/C was blowing warm air into the rooms. Then by 8AM the next day, we had a call from the service technician saying he was on his way to address the issue! CHW worked with the technician to find out the compressor was the culprit and approved it's repair! Great customer service for a family in need during the hot south central Texas summer!"
