"Very positive experience with this company installing a Water Heater. Good communication via text. Questions answered promptly. Good Price. Quick installation date. Jordan, the installer, was polite and professional, did a great job. Recommended."

"the time they took was fantastic."

"Company responded quickly to inquiry and was on-site within 24hrs. Received high water bill 5x -6x the normal usage with no visible signs of a leak. Concealed leak was found behind exterior wall. Repaired quickly same day. An additional leak was also found on the city’s curbside of the meter due to recent change out to digital meter that was not installed correctly as valve and washers where not replaced. The real customer service was received by owner Danny who provided additional information being requested by insurance company as a claim was filed due to the water damaged caused by the concealed leak at slab/foundation level."

"George and his assistant were wonderful. George took his time and made sure the job was done right. He was fair and honest. I absolutely would use their services again as well as recommend them to others."

"I had no water on a Sunday and convenient water came out within the hour and had my water back up and working. This is a company that I can always depend on. I recommend them to all of my family and friends!"

"Johnny J. Doan was the only person that offered honest advice. My 14 year old water heater had the upper breaker "tripping" every other day. Early in the decision process, they quoted me a repair price (the lowest of the three I received) but recommended replacing the water heater. I took the advice of the "others", then had a "plumber friend" reach out and tell me that any repairs to my Kenmore would be a waste of money. I created a new project and have two appointments for estimates and water heater recommendations. Both vendors are coming to my condo and we are going to search for the best product for my budget. Johnny J. Doan...I, sincerely, apologize for my ignorance. If somehow you can see this review...call me at 7274248249 and let me know if you would like to bid for the installation of a new water heater and helping us select the one for our home. Unfortunately, time is of the essence. Our hot water situation is becoming critical. God Bless...Mary & Joseph Fazakerley"
