"I set up an appointment for the next morning and received a text when they were on their way. Kenny & Robert arrived on time (with a remarkably well-equipped truck) and fairly quickly isolated the area that was clogged. They cleared the clog, then ran a camera through that section & adjacent sections of pipe (to be thorough) and identified the source of the problem - a cracked pipe. They called back a couple of days later and said that they couldn't give me the deal because I live in Woodbridge which is too far away from them.
