It was the motor and he went about securing one by Saturday morning. By Saturday evening, my ac unit was repaired, the motor replaced and our home began cooling down again. The motor was not a standard model and this was a holiday weekend yet they still came through for us. I cannot say enough about the response and excellent customer service that we received. He said that the vent probably needed to be cleaned, because it was heating up, but not drying. He said if it's not that, then the dryer might need to be replaced, since it would be an expensive repair (and my dryer is 10 years old). So I bought the $69 vent cleaning deal, and they came out the next day. Both men were very professional and polite, and the man who cleaned the vent. also made sure to clean up the dust on the floor. My dryer is now working perfectly, and I couldn't be happier! I would definitely use them in the future.
