"The serviceman who arrived for the job, Richie, was extremely friendly, courteous and professional. He called ahead, arrived on time and was very thorough in checking and re-lighting my furnace. He communicated very well what needed to be done for the inspection and even showed me step-by-step how to light the pilot myself for future reference—great info to know! He also gave me an estimate on-the-spot for a leaky valve that should eventually be replaced. (I should also mention that I contacted several other heating companies before I lucked upon K & K. I was in a “no heat” situation and the other businesses either failed to respond or said they didn’t service my “type” of furnace). Richie, however, arrived confident, ready to work, was experienced with my brand of boiler furnace and assured me that I’d have heat again in no time. The price for the inspection was very fair and it was money well-spent. I highly recommend K & K and of course, I’d be glad to call on them again for future service."

"A technician came out to service and diagnose the problem and fixed a few other minor issues. Another technician came out to replace the motor and a few other parts within a week (we still had heat and we chose to schedule it this way). The technicians were prompt, polite and professional. Everything is much quieter in our house now. Very satisfied."

"MAP construction is my go to for all roofing and HVAC. Fantastic job on my own home as well as dozens of my referral clients. Prompt, professional and repairs are always perfectly."

"I was looking to get one or two more estimates on my driveway . After filling out a form, I was called by Jake from Stonewyn development. 40 minutes later, Jake was standing in my driveway. He looked at the scope of my project and we came to an agreement. Just a few days later, the project was completed, what a surprise! Now no more uneven cracked slabs! Thank you Stonewyn, thank you, Jake!"

"Great communication with representative, Pete. He was friendly and professional. No pressure when looking at our 23-year old furnace. Gave options and we went with the repair. He went and got the parts needed, returned, & repaired our unit within the time he specified. Happy for now with the service."

"Gary Buckley did our service check up today and just like he has done in the past many times. He was on time and did his job efficiently and effectively in a very professional manner.
He is a pleasure to work with.
When done he always explains what he did, what he found and how the system is working.

"We own a home-based business which relies heavily on our computers operating efficiently. We have had a service contract with another computer repair business for several years. Recently when we were having problems with our computers, we tried contacting our service contractor multiple times. He never responded. Feeling frustrated, I contacted James at North Alabama Technical Services and explained our situation. He instantly came to our rescue. He "cleaned-up" our computers and took care of all the problems we were experiencing. He went above and beyond to help us in our dire time of need. We would strongly recommend James and his company for computer service needs. We have now retained him on a service contract and are looking forward to working with him in the future."

"I would recommend to anyone needing heating and cooling work. Air Quality came out inspected my a/c and found that it just wasn’t doing its job. They were very professional and friendly"
