"Gary and his son Matt make a great team! We have been using their services for about 10 years now and every single issue has been handled quickly, professionally and at a very fair price. Gary has always responded immediately to my calls or texts. We have an older home and have needed a number of repairs and it's nice to have both of them on the service call. This time Matt did the work and he is every bit as professional and skilled as his dad. On the last call they worked together on a more complicated issue, and on the service call before that, Matt worked upstairs while Gary handled the first floor and basement issues and the job was completed in half the time expected. "Ac not working and thought it was compressor so found a company that would come out on Sunday. Spoke with tech and he was knowledgable and gave me a good deal of info. The after hours charge was high at $140.00 but it is a hot Sunday so the fee is what I expected maybe a bit more but they were one of few who would come out for an emergency. Ok perhaps no ac is no emergency but still. Lol Tech diagnosed the problem and it was a bad capacitor and he added freon but just a bit. Part cost was $215.00 or so and I researched the part and it only costs $40.00 new but I have zero experience with hvac and I am paying for their expertise plus they had the part etc. it costs what it costs and if you know about these things then yea it would be much less but it is less than a whole new system. I would call them again and there seems to be a wide variety of opinions on internet about that cost but they are a big company and I am paying for their expertise just like my clients pay for mine.

"He arrived at agreed time. On arrival he surveyed the premesis and determined the sequence of steps to bring the a/con line and correct the deficiencies. After cleaning the a/c and replacing the filter he ran the system long enough to determine additional work will be required that I pospooned till fall due to financial circumstances."

"Was a customer for several years and took advantage of the maintenance program they offered. I had a fair amount of work done and they were always prompt and efficient, though quite pricey. One minor issue with a repair was addressed without delay. When they were last out (2016), I was told the maintenance contracts were being revised. I requested that info be sent when available, but never received anything. I have since contacted them by leaving a phone message and have also sent two requests via their website. I have never received a response. While scheduling service was never an issue, this lack of contact is why I gave an 'D' on responsiveness."
