"After receiving bids from several companies, we selected Sunshine Contracting to replace all of the windows in our house with Sunrise windows, do a complete removal and replacement of all of the siding on our “Tudor style” house with James Hardi fiber cement siding, and replace all existing gutters and downspouts. This job was particularly complex due to the style of the house and the multitude of “Tudor style” architectural designs that needed to be maintained and replicated with the James Hardi fiber cement boards. This was also a challenge because the previous trim boards were all rough sawn cedar and the stucco panels and lap siding were vintage 1979 Masonite. The quality of the work performed by Sunshine Contracting was outstanding, and yes, we would contract with them again if we had to do it all over again. Their professional siding craftsmen had experience in re-siding Tudor Style homes and were able to replicate all of the intricate carpentry previously done in the rough sawn cedar with the James Hardi fiber cement board. Any concerns or issues that we raised, were immediately addressed by the team and corrected. The Project Manager and Team Leads were always there and available to us, and answered all of our questions. "In October 2014 Mr. Lazo came to look at the task at hand. I showed him what I wanted done and he pointed out a couple of wood rot problems that I had not noticed. Once we finished the walk around, he prepared a detailed proposal - before leaving.
I had also talked with another contractor about the same work. They took several days to prepare a proposal, and when I e-mailed with a specific question the reply I got (from the other company, not George's painting) was not satisfactory.
George mobilized his crew, and they were on the site at 7AM. Because there was rain in the forecast, he brought in a larger crew than original discussed, and was able to finish the job quicker than originally scheduled. The work was great, they carefully cleaned up and  left the house and yard in excellent shape.
I had specifically asked that they not touch one side of the garage because of some carpentry work that needed to be done - I was planning to do it. I was so pleased with the work that they did on the house and the rest of the garage that I asked George to give me a quote for doing the carpentry work on the garage. I liked the price and I decided to have him do it. The carpenter came out today Nov 12th - 7AM again, and took care of the carpentry work and painted it.
I am pleased with the work that George's Painting has done, and would expect to contact Mr. Lazo again in the future if I need interior painting or other painting or carpentry work. I don't expect to be needing any exterior painting.

"I claimed the deal from Jiminez painting for 8 hours of painting and Juan did a great job with my front porch and carport. We ran over a bit since it was a big job so the rest of the hours were charged at this standard rate. He did such a great job that I hired him to come back the next day and clean my 2nd floor exterior siding and did a really good job with that as well. I would hire him again, and have already received quotes from him for some other work."

"Overall my wife an I were quite happy with the final result. Nelson quoted us a fair price which was dramatically cheaper than the highest bid I received. This was partially due to the fact that a lot of the material is no included in the bid which i was fully aware of. The bid consisted of all of the labor, the dry wall, lumbar for the framing, recesses lights, electrical wiring & outlets, drywall mud primer and all of the screws nails and other miscellaneous that when into hanging the drywall and framing. We paid out of pocket for all of the bathroom fixtures, vanity, toilet, shower, tile, paint & chair rail. I like the fact that we knew exactly what the cost was for the material because we were picking it out and buying it. Nelson's bid was still lower after adding all materials than the majority of the other bids we received. This isn't the only reason we chose Pro Builders. I would never just choose someone because they were the cheapest. Nelson was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions when he originally came out to give us the estimate. He wasn't pushy and gave insight when asked. He didn't try and shove his ideas down our throat which i ran in to that with a couple of other contractors.
We had a few delays with the plumbing but with any remodeling project your going to run in to delays. A few other  
delays kind of drug the project out a few weeks longer than I would have liked but all in all it was a pretty good experience and so far I have no real complaints on the workmanship. The work is guaranteed for 12 months and Nelson assured me that if I had any problems he would be sure they were fixed.
