"Technicians were on time and very courteous.  They thoroughly inspected and cleaned my 15 yr old air conditioner and changed my air filter as advertised.  Although they indicated that the system was nearing the end of its life due to high readings for volts, and strain on the motor, etc., they did not pressure me to unnecessarily replace parts at this time.  They did provide me with a few options for repairing or replacing the system in the future should it fail, all without the high pressure attempt to sell me more than I need at the moment (something I hate). I would definitely recommend both the company and technicians to others."

"McCrea replaced a 20 year old HVAC system with a new Trane 4-ton XL16i condenser, XV80 furnace and new coils. The salesman, Mark, was very responsive to my request for quote changes or additional items, including financing options. He was very knowledgeable and patient through the entire process as I worked with other companies for competing quotes. As a result of Mark’s recommendations and excellent pricing, I added on a new Aprilaire 1210 filter box (including replacing a portion of the return duct work/box) and an Aprilaire 600M whole house humidifier. I was able to schedule install four days after signing the contract. The installers, Charles and Christian, arrived on time and removed the old and installed the new in about 7 hours. They provided an overview of system operation and cleaned up so well, you couldn’t tell that a significant installation had occurred. I would recommend McCrea, especially Mark, Charles, and Christian to anyone...they were professional and did an excellent job. My home is so much more comfortable with a system that will be better on the summer and winter utility bills."

"AC Tech Aaron was highly knowledgeable, amicable and was able to solve an issue that previously caused ARS to replace a newly installed HVC system with another new system, however, Aaron was the one to solve the ongoing issue I had with both current and previous systems. The issue was, the AC simply was not efficient enough to cool my house, reason, the air filters were severely clogged. Solution: Aaron applied a commercial degreaser, then washed both filters, this dissolved an accumulation of over 10 years worth of gunk and soot like dirt. Thanks to Aaron, my AC now is finally running to its full capacity without compromising its efficiency or causing it to overheat or worse, break down. I would recommend ARS to at a minimum inspect and equally clean all AC filters as that would go a long way towards resulting in a far better AC/HVC performance with better efficiency. "By far the most professional and customer friendly company I found after an exhaustive search to replace a single zone high wall ductless system. They responded without delay and were able to perform the work the next day. "It went very well. They did a good job. The cost was over $400. I don't know whether or not that's too high or not. I seldom have plumbers in so I can't say the cost was high, although I was surprised it was $400, but that could be the going rate. He seemed very agreeable and very happy. I needed something and he was happy to get it. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in that regard. As for the quality of their service, so far so good. Everything went okay. It stopped leaking."
