"The serviceman who arrived for the job, Richie, was extremely friendly, courteous and professional. He called ahead, arrived on time and was very thorough in checking and re-lighting my furnace. He communicated very well what needed to be done for the inspection and even showed me step-by-step how to light the pilot myself for future reference—great info to know! He also gave me an estimate on-the-spot for a leaky valve that should eventually be replaced. (I should also mention that I contacted several other heating companies before I lucked upon K & K. I was in a “no heat” situation and the other businesses either failed to respond or said they didn’t service my “type” of furnace). Richie, however, arrived confident, ready to work, was experienced with my brand of boiler furnace and assured me that I’d have heat again in no time. The price for the inspection was very fair and it was money well-spent. I highly recommend K & K and of course, I’d be glad to call on them again for future service."

"I’ve had bad experience with 2 roofing companies who took half upfront and didn’t complete the job. First one tried to increase the cost by $10,700 saying there’s more work than first thought and second company also wanted me to get more repairs that I could t afford. Jacob and co game in and gave me an honest assessment and gave me options that I could afford. With the idea that more work does need to be done but once I am financially ready he can do it. "Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. "Weatherking was the only company offering to come out the same day. It was the middle of summer and everyone seemed to need service on their air conditioning units. Weatherking was able to get to us by the end of the hottest day of the year. They came out and assessed the situation and fixed the problem on the spot.
