We changed some pipes and fittings when it was cheap and practical but also reused hardware that was still in good shape. Even with a bigger tank footprint he was able to install it to take up less space and make all the controls easier to reach or use. He was clear in explaining what he was doing and why and he made sure we understood how everything with the new hot water heater worked including regular maintenance. Throughout, he treated my wife with the same respect he treated me. He followed up later in the day to make sure we were happy and everything was working well. We grabbed some of his cards so we could recommend him to friends and family. We are extremely pleased."

"Our central air unit was frozen over and temperatures outside have been in the 90s. Juan somehow fit us into his schedule and even got there early to accommodate us. He was highly respectful, professional and knowledgeable. He showed my husband what he was doing and explained everything to him. I would bet dollars to donuts any other service person would have told us to replace our unit as it is 30 years old, but Juan fixed it and told us they just don't make them like that anymore! We would highly recommend JJB Mechanical!"

"Excellent. I want to hire a "one man show" to do the work because I feel I get better craftsmanship that way. John isn't the greatest salesman, he didn't come with tons of brochures, etc. like another guy that also gave me an estimate. But he did fully explain the furnace options and what he would have to do and would like to do. And I was talking to the guy who was going to do the work so I know there wasn't going to be the "when are you going to do such and such and the installer replies that's not on my work order" things. I liked John's no pressure way of selling. As I expected the workmanship was excellent and professional. Whenever I needed to make a decision about something with the work. "First class operation all the way. Miles and Caleb were polite, personable and prompt. They had a very hard time disassembling the old boiler but were persistent and ultimately successful. They then made sure the new boiler was installed and working, even though that made for a very long day on their part. We are completely satisfied with the new boiler and their performance getting rid of the old one and installing the new one. We now have heat which is very welcome!"

"Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. We will definitely call him again if we need any computer services."

"The job went very well. Doug provided a very fair quote to replace my 4 year old roof that was very poorly installed by a different contractor. He also provided a quote to replace my family room ceiling which was damaged due to the roof leaking. He responded to my request for an estimate within minutes and was at my house within 30 minutes to determine the work to be done. He was upset by the work by the previous contractor and his goal was to restore my confidence in small business contractors and he and his workers definitely did that. Doug and the crew were thorough and attentive to small details. They went above and beyond on some aspects of the job.....manufacturing and installing a finished edge where the roof met the house on the garage and on an addition, matching the paint color of my siding for that edging, painting the roof vents and power vent, adding very nice crown molding on the newly installed ceiling. The crew was friendly and respectful of my property and Doug checked in regularly to make sure things were progressing well and that I was satisfied. The job did take longer than the original estimate, but that was because of the issues that had to be dealt with. The work was completed for the price quoted. I will definitely contact Doug at Do It All Contractor for my next project. My confidence in contractors has been restored!"
